Taste and texture
I tried the sea moss gel for over a week. It was hard to swallow (maybe I should have gone with the capsule). I was also not seeing any visible benefits per other reviews - perhaps it was not long enough to see/feel the benefits. So between the texture/taste and not seeing any health benefit, I gave up within the first 2 weeks.

Highly recommend this company. First class customer service and value for money especially on multiple purchases. I have been using there sea moss, bladderwack and burdock root for years and highly recommend, purchasing direct from the company rather than a third party seller.

From order to delivery took 3 days & I was concerned about the quality of the product when it arrived, because it wasn’t refrigerated in that time, would be affected, but it seemed to be ok. I’m hoping it will clear up my psoriasis. Watch this space.

We completely understand your concern, our sea moss gel is freshly made to order, and we always pack it with ice packs to keep it cool during transit. We actually pay for a 48-hour delivery service with Royal Mail, but delays do sometimes happen, which are unfortunately beyond our control. That said, a 3-day delivery is still well within the safe window for freshness.

Just to clarify for others reading this: our subscription terms do mention a two-order minimum to prevent misuse of first-time discounts, but we do our best to handle things fairly. In this case, even though the cancellation request came after the second order had already processed, we issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture.

Had a compromised lid on my jar and they replaced it immediately.
I really have been liking the sea moss gel, I add a tbspn to my AG1 in the mornings. Have yet to try topical use
Can be frozen which is useful, it’s a glass jar so I recommend freezing right-side-up.

Omg I have only been on it about 3 months and honest to god I have not had no pain in that time
