The product is ok
The product is ok, I can tell that there is a lot of sugar within the gummies. I bought the essential gummies, they do taste good but I don’t notice any difference in terms of energy or anything really.

I’ve had the most wonderful sleeps…
I’ve had the most wonderful sleeps since starting using the ashwagandha gummies. I take two just before going to bed and enjoy 6-7 full hours of deep sleep - something I haven’t had for quite a while. Would definitely recommend.
