Extremely Satisfied

The part I ordered was exactly as described and as shown on the drawing for my car's year, make and model. It was packaged well and was undamaged upon arrival. The fit and function was per OEM design.

Would leave less than one star if…

Would leave less than one star if possible. Ordered three part numbers based on their part lookup. Two were right one was wrong, they would not return the item because I had taken it out of the bag. When I asked how I would know the part was wrong without opening it they hung up on me. If you value any degree of customer support don’t buy here.

Received a used part

Received a used part. I could tell it was used because the clip to install it was bent and damaged. There were also marks on the part, consistent with having been previously installed. The part also had the same issue as the part that i was trying to replace. I submitted an rma request — rma took about a week to get back to me. They requested pictures and then told me based on the pictures the part was not used (even though the pictures clearly showed damage — and the fact that testing the part for quality cant be done with pictures). I ended up filing a dispute with my cc company. I will be avoiding this company in the future.

Edit: The RMA team is not the same as whoever replies to these reviews... This morning I received an email saying I was not eligible for a return because the part was electronic. There was no response to the fact the part was used and defective. This company operates on the principle that the customer is uneducated and wrong.
All I wanted to do was fix my car. Not get taken advantage of by a bunch of grifters.

Make sure you have a list and order everything at one time

Received the parts and they worked out fine. Job completed with no problems. Would have been 5 stars, but right after placing the order, I realized I needed one more part. I called to add that part and was told by a lady, I would have to order separately and pay additional shipping. So I decided I did not really need that part. from 5 to 4 stars.

Part arrived at the time frame…

Part arrived at the time frame expected. It fit perfectly and the price was good. My only complaint was that the box had been torn open on each end by the time it arrived at my door. After careful inspection, I decided to keep it.

Be aware
After searching parts for my car google brought me to their website that was saying that part 28171fe000 fits my vehicle.
I bought 20 pieces of that lugnut only to be refused by my mechanic as “wrong”. I reached out to 2 different local dealerships and both confirmed the part was wrong and I should use 28171AJ001 instead.
I started RMA “wrong parts” and same day got a response from corporation that I'm not elgible for the RMA because the cost of the part is less than $8. I responded that website has a misleading information about parts fitment. The company's responce was “Unfortunately, we can no longer assist with this RMA.”.
I called the support number. Joanna said they cannot proceed with RMA because I did not provide VIN while ordering. I said I can provide it now and she responded it cannot be accepted at this stage and there is nothing she can do about refunding or replacing parts in my order.
PS: Check business details (ownership and alternative names) on BBB to better understand this corporation.

I ordered a grille and a badge...

I ordered a grille and a badge for my 2001 Legacy Wagon. The grille arrived as have my previous orders from this dealer. Unfortunately, I never received the badge (some $50 plus shipping). Coordination with the company seemed confused and was very frustrating as some weeks following the grille arriving they wanted the original shipping box and label. I went ahead and ordered a second badge; we'll see how this order works out and what they decide on for the original (missing) badge. Considering a small claims filing-which has worked for me before-as a matter of principle.

Note: 7/2/25 Have heard nothing more than the initial response on this matter.

Wrong Parts and Bad Service

Ordered parts through them and shipping was almost as much as what I ordered! When the package arrived they had sent the wrong parts. I contacted their customer service, on top of being jerks, they wouldn’t send the correct part only refund the cost so I could pay shipping again. Do not use this website!

Ordered a replacement fog light assy…

Ordered a replacement fog light assy for a 2016 Forester. Got what I needed quickly for reasonable cost. Had a little trouble determining specifics re assemblies, kits, some side-specific, some not. Drawings could be a little clearer. I think I figured out that a "kit" has parts for someone adding it to a car which didn't before. Subaru owner manual says take to dealer to change the light bulb; unneccesary and pathetic.
