Ive purchased numerous items from Subzero and will definately do so again. The peices i have purchased have always arrived promtly and have been of very good quality. On a couple of occasions that i havnt been happy with my purchase (from me either being in denial about being over weight and ordering L's not XL's or the wife just being a fusy bxxxh) Craig has accepted returns and sent out something different.
