I accidentally ordered 2 products instead of one. I immediately contacted the email listed. No response. Have sent two further emails next day. Still no response. Will dispute through my bank.

Do not buy from this company they are a scam !!!! Took my money sent me false advertised product . Don't not purchase from this company as you cant reach customer service via phone nor email. They will ignore and keep your money .

I placed an order never got my order. I have emailed customer service at least 6 times no reply back from them. They have no phone number . IT’S A SCAM!!!

I ordered one bottle of mouthwash from Suerteyay and received no confirmation email for the order and then when looking at my bank account it showed a debit of $109.97 from the account. I have not received anything from them. I am awaiting a response from them as to a refund immediately. From my review id the other reviewers it seems there is a common problem with Suerteyay. I am hopeful that they will do the right thing in this matter. Gary Crowder

I had accidentally ordered more than I thought and they were very polite about refunding my payment. Good customer service.

I ordered the large 30 inch stainless cutting mat and they sent me the 12 inch $160. I have tried everything to get in touch with someone since several emails. I’ve gotten no response whatsoever can’t find a phone number anywhere… I’m contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges. That’s all I know to do now I will say I have never had good luck ordering from China if I had to realized, and I’m surprised I didn’t look I would’ve never ordered.

I ordered stainless steel cutting board. I wanted to know status. Sent emails and it was returned. I have tried every possible route to contact them. I am pretty sure I have been taken.

Addendum. Yes I received stainless steel cutting board board. 16 x 12. Not 30 x 40. Recommend everyone read all reviews on any product you purchase and make sure where it is coming from regardless of how good the deal is.

They advertised a floor polish product that was supposed to make the floor look like new. It DOES NOT and is way overpriced. Do not purchase and it is falsely advertised.

Sent the smallest bottle ever of floor cleaner. Looks like a sample size. It is tiny! Very disappointed!

I just ordered a 3 pack of a wood flooring polish. They just charged my credit card for 10 bottles! Even though transaction is pending, credit card would not cancel the transaction. Now I will have to file a complaint and hope I will get my money back. The phone number is disconnected. Total SCAM company!!! BEWARE!!!!

this company fraudulantly charged $72.89 on my credit card without my authorization. i trusted instagram ad to purchase Tgideas shampoo for $15 (1/2) off and this company decides to charge $72.89 to my Cap One card for something else!! Thieves....Now i have to cancel my card and send this to Fraud Dept. Beware!!!

Total scam. Said it was delivered but never had a usps number. Only China tracking. Won’t answer 4 emails. Order 941812. No refund no product. A total China scam. Yes took the money

I placed an order on December 30, 2025. I emailed this company asking for a tracking number for the order that I placed. As of today (January 20,2026), I still have not received a response regarding my order. The customer service is poor an I will never order from this company again. Beware of this company soliciting through Tik-Tock and Facebook.
