We ordered a product and unfortunately, what we purchased was not what we were expecting. When I reached out to see about returning the product for a refund their customer support was quick to respond. They were apologetic and refunded us for our purchase. When asked about returning the product they told us to go ahead and keep the product and not worry about trying to return it.
I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to rectify the situation.

Do not order anything from this company. They falsely advertise their products. I ordered the NeeDoh golden egg hunt. It is nothing like the video advertisement. It is a quarter of the size and doesn’t include one of the advertised squishys. Total waste of money and you have to wait more than a month to receive it.

This has been one of the worst places I have ever ordered from. Tracking is never up-to-date. When you reach out to someone you get no clarification they just give you the same thing tracking does. I bought four full-size needohs and then the surprise box and only got the surprise box and now I can’t get a refund.

I ordered 6 of the golden egg hunt Needoh kits that were also suppose to come with 4 full size Needoh’s. The kits were much smaller than they made them look and I got zero full size Needoh’s. I am extremely upset and now I have to come up with a new plan for my kids Easter gifts.

If I could review without stars I would. I cancelled the order immediately, within minutes, next day received confirmation of shipping. Send five emails to cancel never got a response…..AND still have not received the order that was supposedly shipped. Avoid at all costs!
