The product (hanging baskets) was much smaller than the advertisement and that was really disappointing, but I reached out to the Company, and they refunded my money without any fuss. Excellent customer service!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
I ordered the Nee Doh Easter bundle. I didn't receive any of the full sized nee dohs they advertised in the bundle, only the 10 surprise squishy hunt. Which smelled like mildew and had black mold on some. This was supposed to be an Easter gift for my autistic grandson. Always looking for sensory toys for him, and I was so happy to have found this bundle since we have been looking for them at local stores and they are so hard to find. Emailed 3 times and have yet to receive a response!!! So dissapointed!

Unable to cancel order within a few minutes of being placed because the order site is very confusing and easily leads to placing duplicate orders, plus I was unable to correct the ship to address. Again, this happened literally as soon as I got confirmation of the order. There was no means of communicating with a person. Troubling, also, was the immediate influx of sites from multiple “companies” with the same identical product.

I ordered the needoh Easter “ calendar” that’s supposed to come with a bunch of little squishies and a few large ones ( even a golden egg)- I ordered it 2 weeks ago and the tracking shows it has not moved since- could be because it’s coming from Asia ( I could not tell it was outside the us from the website). I keep hearing people saying it’s a scam. I work at a bank in the online banking department and I see scams every day- it’s at the point where they look so trustworthy they write their own reviews to make them look like good companies. And by the way those videos I see where women are getting 20 thousand dollar real birkin bags and Chanel bags for 200 a piece are 100% fake. It hurts me as a woman to see other women out there spending hours live-streaming the bags they are lying about receiving just for the likes and the commissions they get for endorsing their product. What has happened to our world today. Since when did people stop caring about everything and everyone except their own little life. It’s incredibly depressing. Unless it’s Amazon prime or straight from the horses mouth ( the actual company example being Gucci’s’ website). Apparently in the us today, the only way to become wealthy is to lie lie lie. There is no honest business man or business woman anymore- if they were they wouldn’t be wealthy.
