I've worked continuously with Sugo Music Group since 2018. Throughout the last 8 years, they have been great to work with. They have been fair, straightforward, and easy to communicate with.

Their customer service team is great. When I've had questions they are quick to respond and do their best to answer my questions and provide guidance.

They utilize a great dashboard for submitting that even I can navigate easily, which is a mouthful; my computer skills are not the best and I’m easily flummoxed. If I can use their system, anybody can, and there have been several upgrades over the years that make it even easier.
Unparalleled customer service; whenever I’ve had an (infrequent) issue, they responded immediately and resolved the matter completely.
As a bonus, they even create their own compilations in-house, adding another avenue for exposure.
I will never need to be represented by anyone else. Sugo is my home.

SUGO Music has been around for almost half a century and I have been working with them on distribution and publishing for over 40 years! Any success I have had with the distribution of my recordings has been due to SUGO. They are always prompt with quarterly statements and payments. Statements provide 100% of the distribution details. The founder of the company is a musician and composer and a has broad knowledge of all aspects of the recording industry. My experience with SUGO continues to be first-rate!

My personal experience with SUGO Music Group has been A-1.

For me, the main issue was not being able to communicate with my distributor when I had problems with my releases but with SUGO I have clear and concise communication with any and every issue that may occur from streaming uploads to download distribution to making sure my music is under to the correct artist profile to making sure I collect royalties from my music being synced in independent movies as well as collecting royalties from foreign radio stations who play my music.

Al-in-all, I appreciate the transparency and the due diligence I receive anytime I have an issue and for me as an independent artist that’s a major plus.
I can create my art in peace knowing that all of my works are properly registered by SUGO and that’s the biggest win!

I have worked with the Sugo Music Group for over a decade. They provide excellent distribution and publishing services and they don't require you to pay anything up front like the majority of their competitors that require a per release fee or a yearly fee for their services. They provide a tremendous amount of information on their website and social media to help artists with promotion and getting on playlists. They help songwriters collect royalties that they would never be able to collect on their own. I highly recommend their services.

I pulled my cataog a long time ago. They like to sit on their asses and make a bunch of bullshit compilations and change your metadata to their ISRC codes. I have a copyright case against them with the US Copyright Office. Anyone reading this takedown your music with a DMCA. Enough of the bullshit.

We at Pandora's Hammer like dealing with SUGO. The staff is very quick to respond to our occasional questions, and when dealing with issues that are within their scope of control, have been effective.
