I bought 2 pairs of suiji arm and leg cuffs. We had difficulty with the arm cuffs holding air. I reported this multiple times to suiji and have had no response. Very poor customer service.

Amazing unit and amazing customer service
I was torn between the Suji and Kaatsu devices. I opted for the Suji and I'm more than happy with my decision.
I much prefer the wider cuffs as opposed to thinner bands - I'd previous experience using elasticated bands before I received the Suji device.
The quality of the whole shebang's exceptional, and it all packs nicely into a sturdy carry-case.
I had an initial issue with bluetooth connectivity that one of the technical lads resolved almost immediately.
To summarise, I think the whole BFR thing's all very compelling and this particular unit's absolutely fantastic.
I honestly can't recommend highly enough.
