I dealt with Lisa and honestly couldn’t fault the service. She called me the same day, talked me through everything, and my credit checks and application were all sorted really quickly.
What impressed me most was that Lisa actually called me back the following day, even though she didn’t need to, just to let me know that my order had gone through at an even better price. I really appreciated the extra effort and communication throughout the whole process.
I’ve now received my car and I’m absolutely delighted with it! The whole experience was straightforward, quick and stress-free.

I had a brilliant experience with Summit Drive from my initial enquiry right through to the delivery of my new Volkswagen Golf R.

Lisa was fantastic throughout the whole process — friendly, patient, helpful and always happy to answer my questions and keep me updated. The deliveries/admin team were equally excellent, particularly Debbie, Michelle and Cerian, who kept me informed as the order progressed and helped get everything arranged smoothly.

There were a few stages where we were waiting on the supplying dealer, but the Summit team continued chasing things on my behalf and kept me reassured throughout. Once everything was confirmed, the finance documents and delivery were arranged very quickly.

The Golf R arrived exactly as arranged and the whole process has ended on a really positive note.

James and the team were amazing. The whole process was thoroughly explained and very speedy. Any emails we sent were answered promptly. Having never leased before, any worries or questions we had were answered and they talked us through the whole process. Delighted with how speedily we got the car too. The whole thing took just over a week. The car is great!! I would definitely recommend.

Lisa was great and very very patient with me asking for what felt like a million different quotes (sorry!), then the delivery team were great at arranging my preferred date very quickly, Cerian and Grace sorted this brilliantly and smoothly and then delivery was just as informed- phone call an hour before, the delivery driver showed me the things I needed and answered any questions I had. A really great experience. I think there’s lots of leasing companies out there now and it’s hard to know which to use, this is my 4th car with the 4th leasing company and I’d definitely recommend summit drive! Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service from summit drive I can't thank lisa enough i put in for finance which was taking longer than it should and Lisa found me somone else which was then passed within the hour.

I have been very impressed with the service from Summit Drive. They were quick to respond and very helpful - James was thorough and helped me with all the questions I had. They were able to arrange a quick delivery and accommodated my delivery date too. The delivery driver, Wayne, was very friendly and kept me up to date with his progress on the day of the arrival. The lease price they were able to offer me was also impressive - so much so that another leasing company was amazed and encouraged me to take it!

The price quoted was very good compared to the competition and there was excellent communication from Lisa, Michelle & Debbie throughout the process. The delivery went very well and all in all from start to finish everything went very smoothly.

What can I say the whole team went above and beyond to look after my needs,from the start with my conversation with James who was so professional and such a top guy to deal with,I'm a very picky person and unless everything is not right I keep asking questions,the whole process was made so easy for me,then the delivery team kept me in touch every step of the way till the car was on my drive, my GOLF R. Black edition was the best price I found on the net I will definitely be doing more business with summit drive 10/10 is not enough marks to give.

The car arrived mid morning, on a truck. The driver was very friendly and patient whilst we checked the car thoroughly. Previous experiences with a larger, more expensive broker, and rogue delivery drivers, did not go so well!

Couldn’t reccomend summit enough ! For someone leasing the for the first time, James was super helpful and answered all my questions. He made sure I got the best possible price and was very quick when answering emails and calls.

The delivery team were also a massive help, making sure everything ran smoothly, I got to pick the date of delivery and they stayed in touch the whole process. Delivery was also very easy as the driver kept in touch with his eta and was a very quick and easy handover !

I received excellent service from Summit Drive - responsive, professional and always clear. I did unfortunately have a slightly longer delay on the car delivery than initially anticipated, however this is always due to multiple factors outside of control. I would use Summit again for my next purchase.
