After speaking to a batch of the obvious google results, and some of the larger leasing companies - who to be honest, if you asked more than 3 questions, they would stop replying. Could not believe the laziness of some of these companies. It's a big commitment so you will always have questions.
After getting frustrated and losing valuable time, I came across GB Vehicle Leasing and I swiftly received a call from Matthew. He answered everything he could and any unanswered questions, as promised he replied by text / call. No drama, no huffs or puffs. Just good quality customer service.
The entire process went smooth. Was kept updated on progress and at the end - had the car I wanted delivered on time.
A big thank you to Matthew and the GB Vehicle Leasing team.
Highly recommended and i would suggest calling them first if you're interested in a lease car.

It was fantastic experiene to deal with GBV leasing. As a first time business lease customer, I was told about all aspects of the transactions and the communication was prompt and transperant. We dealt with Martin who provided great support throughout the process including sorting out an issue with a financing matter. The price was competetive and overall great experience working with the company.

Very happy with the whole experience from arranging the car and finance application with Neil and dealing with all the admin side with Jesus. Communication was perfect and regular updates provided. Had a bit of a scare with delivery dates due to backlog of stock with the dealership but Jesus kept me informed and chased them up managing to get us an expected delivery from early July to mid June instead so delighted with the effort. Highly recommend GB Vehicle Leasing and will be looking to use them again soon for my partner's new car.
Professional, personalised service
As my first experience in car leasing, I found my experience working with GB car leasing team really helpful throughout the process with any questions raised dealt with timely. It was a professional experience throughout, with Eliza given a specific mention as she provided hands on support during the difficulties sending through the signed contract to the dealership. With her help this matter was resolved quickly. Given it took a few months before the car was delivered the team kept me informed and this gave me assurance that things were moving forward. Overall a very good experience.

I had a great experience dealing with GB Vehicle Leasing and especially with Dave Fitton, who truly went the extra mile throughout the whole process.
Even though this was part of a new procedure, Dave kept me updated, listened to the feedback, and showed genuine commitment to improving the process for both current and future clients. His communication, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference.

First lease - excellent experience
This was my first car lease. I had looked at many sites before finding GB Leasing. Their price for the car I wanted was significantly the best. Chris Smith was amazing - he was very clear in explaining the process and answered any queries straight away. Even when in a meeting he would text straight back and say he would call me back at a certain time and did so without fail.
Eliza Hilton took over the administration once I had placed the order. She was very efficient and kept me posted about delivery without me having to chase her.
She was also quick to respond to any questions I emailed to her.
I have just started my 3 year lease and GB Leasing will be my first port of call for my next one.
I can recommend them without reservation.
Poor service
Initially it started fine, my finance application was completed by the end of March for a Hyundai Tucson, which was an in stock vehicle. I expressed verbally and in email to Craig Wright that I was in urgent need of a vehicle due to my current car being an insurance write off. After being assured my car had been reserved all progress seemed to halt and by the 21st April I still hadn't signed a vehicle order contract. This was despite multiple emails and calls and chasing at my end. On two occasions we agreed a time for a call back that didn't materialise that I found unprofessional. On the 21st April I'd had enough and emailed Craig I'd lost faith and trust and would withdraw from the process. It was no surprise I didn't receive a reply to this email either. I took my business elsewhere and secured a car and vehicle order within 48 hours with a date agreed for delivery.

My experience with GB Vehicle Leasing…
My experience with GB Vehicle Leasing was extremely poor and, frankly, concerning.
I cancelled my order at a clear pre-contract stage, having signed nothing and paid no admin fees. Despite this, I was told I would be liable for three months’ rental, which is completely unreasonable given that no agreement had been formalised.
What followed was a series of pressure tactics to push me into proceeding with the deal, including repeated mentions of so-called “termination fees”. This felt less like customer service and more like an attempt to intimidate me into continuing with a lease that was clearly not competitive compared to other options in the market.
I ultimately cancelled on principle. I have no interest in doing business with a company that attempts to impose charges without a signed contract and uses pressure to force customers into unfavourable deals.
I would strongly urge others to think twice before engaging.
