Nathan managed my new vehicle lease from initial enquiry through to delivery and Caitie dealt with the admin side of things. Everything went very smoothly, was easy to understand and moved through quickly and easily. I’m very happy with my experience!

This was my first time leasing a car, and at first I questioned whether this was a genuine company as the reviews were so good!! I've now received my car and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Tyler in particular was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions extensively. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends, and will definitely use them again in the future. They were also really helpful when I had to make a hospital visit on the day of my car delivery, and helped me make sure provisions were in place for someone else to receive the vehicle on my behalf if needed.

I was new to leasing and didn't know how it worked or what to do. GB Vehicle Leasing explained everything and made the whole application process easy and straightfoward. I was particularly impressed by the honesty and transparency of the broker who guided me to make the right choice of vehicle and leasing term.

Neil acted quickly to secure a car that similar companies struggled to secure owing to the model’s popularity. Neil worked diligently to facilitate completion of the application and delivery of the vehicle. The terms of the contract were clearly outlined. Caitie was excellent at communicating expectations, timelines, collecting and sharing delivery details. James delivered the car right on time, took the time to show me how the car drove and was all round an affable and easy-going person. You've got a good team of people!

This is second lease I’ve arranged though GB Vehicle leasing, I was so impressed with the service they provided first time.I had no hesitation on using them this time for my new vehicle.

I made enquiries to several companies for pricing and advice on the car that I was interested in, however, when I spoke to Neil, he was very informative and helpful, I had never leased a vehicle before and he was excellent and patient explaining the process with me.
I rang him a few times with different questions about the car, I was a little confused about “paddles” on the steering wheel and other issues. He sent me photos and explained everything in detail putting my mind at rest.
Eliza and the admin team was also fantastic, keeping me informed and responding immediately to any queries I had. Overall, excellent customer service throughout the whole process, rare to find these days.
