Great service very good quote for solar panels, inverter and battery. I was given an installation date which I was very happy with - not too long to wait. Sun-lite expanded my PV array recently. I am extremely satisfied with their service. From the initial survey to delivery, completion and support, communication has been fast and excellent. Small issues that came up were tackled by them professionally and quickly.

After being badly let down by a government scheme I was apprehensive about the installation.We chose Sunlite as the reviews on Trustpilot were very good.I am so very pleased we did.From start to finish we had excellent service.We were quoted a very competitive price for the panels and battery and every detail explained.The dates given for all stages of the installation were honoured and done by a friendly efficient team.I couldn't have asked for more.The Customer Service Team are also Five Star rated. I had a solar battery installed by Sunlite Group. I have been delighted by their approach and work. They were very professional. Having already solar panels, I had a dozen or so people over the years coming to offer their services, including solar batteries. All sought to change my panels, declaring them inadequate, and telling me that I had to add more panels if I wanted a solar battery. None of this with Sunlite Group. They accepted that I wanted a battery only, never commented on the panels already installed. Not trying to push more than the battery. They gave me a very competitive quote but didn’t mind waiting when I had problems to solve with the energy suppliers. In other words, not pushy or invasive in the least. Once we agreed to a ahead, everything went according to schedule and the engineers installing the battery did a brilliant job. I rate them 10 out of 10.

Sunlite Solar were recommended to us. From the very start of our solar panel journey to the end could only be described as professional. Communication was first class and we were involved with dates and planning the whole time. From the scaffolders to the engineers they were all very polite, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. When we were confused about the technical side of the panels and battery storage the fabulous Tom turned up and explained everything to us, he also left us a number that he or a team member could be contacted on. The office staff were courteous, polite and helpful and again when they say they will get back to you, they do. We highly recommend this company both for the panels we have and the service we received.

From start to finish our experience was very good. Jamie attended our house to carry out a survey and answer a number of questions we had. We asked Sunlite to provide a number of quotations with lots of variables which was no bother.
Installation was arranged very promptly and worked carried out quickly, efficiently and to good quality.
Mikey the electrician was extremely good at his job and always greeted us with a smile and laughter. He would explain what he was doing and why. The handover process was completed and a full manual issued by the office. Understanding the app and technical information takes a while to digest but generally just takes a bit of getting used to with trial and error with battery.Would recommend to others.

It took me a while to find SunLite and I'm so glad I did. I spent months last year trawling through a whole range of companies in East Anglia, reading reviews and getting surveys and quotations. I wanted a ground-mounted solar array from a company who could tailor-fit to our specific requirements. Not only did SunLite offer to meet our needs - they also came back with the most competitive quote (by far).
We applied for the planning permission ourselves as well as sorting out our own groundworks and SunLite were patient and helpful as I kept having to postpone the installation date.
The whole company are great to work with: efficient and professional office team, respectful and knowledgeable fitting team and a brilliant electrician who stayed way longer at the end to sort out a problem with our Wi-Fi router.
Yes, we had a couple of hiccups along the way but I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family.

From start to finish the company were accessible to answer and questions that we had. Since this was a major purchase, and a sector we knew little about, we needed to trust the people representing the company that they would offer best service and advice.
Post survey, although there were a couple of minor delivery delays, once we agreed on a fitting date the equipment and electrical work was carried out quickly and efficiently and with no mess to clear afterwards.
The office team have also answered a couple of questions since the installation and their advice has been invaluable.
We found the experience of dealing with Sun-Lite Group and their contractors very easy and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of installing solar power systems in the future.
I can also add that the app to monitor what kwh are being generated by the solar panels (on a bright day) ,and what our house use is, has been very interesting, but overall the system has resulted in significant savings to our usual bills.

I’ve been looking for a company to provide solar panels and battery storage for a while, it’s not been easy finding a company that were trustworthy. I came on here to read about a couple of providers and Sunlite came out best and they haven’t disappointed. Our surveyor was open and honest about what I could have and achieve with the roof space on offer, there was no pressure and pricing was competitive. I’m in Marsham, Norwich so not easy to get to but they arrived as promised.
The whole team from start to finish have always been polite and friendly, and I was always kept informed of what was happening. The installation was not straightforward but the tradesmen that came to install were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. They had a delay first day due to scaffolding (resolved quickly) and they worked late both days to get the work finished on time. My sparky was brilliant explaining everything he was doing and refreshingly very tidy in his work and housekeeping. The roofer, who also installed the panels, listened to our concerns about our fear that the roof would be damaged and he was extra careful and most importantly, reassuring throughout. The teamwork between them was incredibly impressive. I’ve had a lot of work carried out lately and Sunlite have been by far the most reliable, honest and friendly, they left the property clean and tidy. My system is all set up and working beautifully. I think the fact that this company has directly employed its people helps, too many companies subcontract and from experience this is not good for the customer. Sunlite employees seem very happy with their employer and this goes a long way to their attitude to the work they do. I would recommend Sunlite if you are thinking of having a solar installation. They exceed your expectations, I only wish the other companies I’ve had at my property were this good.

Very dubious sales tactics!!! Hook you in with reasonably priced quote then inflate after survey. Had quote for solar panels which they added ~£6k after survey (blaming parking charges, optimisers and a planning application - real cost circa £1k). Hope they don't catch out any elderly or vulnerable people with this scam.

I am very happy with the service provided by Sun-lite. The prices are very competitive and the communication is good. Romi was helpful to provide quotes for different set ups until we decided on one that would work best for us. Sharon in the office was very helpful. There was a slight delay of one day for the installation, however this was communicated well with as much notice as possible. I would definitely recommend Sun-lite for solar panel installation.
