Ordered replacement lens screws for my RayBan sunglasses. When the screws arrived they were the wrong colour and did not fit.
I contacted Sunglassrepairs but had no response so had to go through the hassle of raising a dispute with PayPal who refunded my payment.

I ordered a couple of screws to fix the arms on my Raybans. The site was easy to use, communications on delivery were good and the packet of screws arrived within a few days. A perfect transaction from a professional company!

First off I haven't purchased anything from this company.

This is because RayBan said that they were not affiliated with this company. However on the website for sunglassrepairs it proudly states that they are certified RayBan resellers.

When I quizzed Ray Ban about this they advised me that sunglassrepairs was likely a scam company selling fake lenses with their logos on.

Buy at your own risk but don't expect genuine replacement lens. I can't comment on the quality of their replicas but they definitely aren't genuine replacements (and that come direct from RayBan customer support).

I ordered some replacement lenses for my Aviators, unfortunately the lenses I ordered didn't fit, too small. I emailed & was requested to send photos of my Aviator code, on the arm of the glasses, & of the lenses I'd been sent. Well, within 3 days received the new correct lenses, with a returns sticker for the lenses that didn't fit. Absolutely fantastic service, would recommend the company to everyone!! Top Marks 👏👏👏

Purchase some replacement lenses for my Ray-bans as the first set got scratched. The new lenses are legitmate Luxottica/Ray-ban lenses - which I fitted myself. I would recommend this company. Good service via the chat function and fair price, and delivered within the communicated timescales.

Ordered replacement nose pads for my Ray-Ban RX6335 prescription specs as the existing ones were making my nose sore and thought this could be because with age they had gone hard.
New ones sourced from the website easily at a reasonable price and delivered free within four days.
The new pads were loads softer than my old ones and changed easily after watching a YouTube video.
Specs now more comfortable!

Unbelievable service. I had 3 pairs of Ray Bans with scratched/broken lenses, but couldn't identify what lenses they were. I sent the glasses in and paid for express delivery and 2 days later I had 3 pairs with shiny new lenses, replaced like-for-like. The communication was great from start to finish, I'm so glad I found sunglassrepairs and will be using them again when needed!

Ordered some new Ray Ban nose pads. Exactly what I needed and arrived in a couple of days.

Paid an extra £4.95 for express shipping only to receive the wrong pair of lenses ( completely different reference that didn't match my order at all ) . No customer service , no number to call, just an email address . Appalling return policy : no prepaid label , no printed return form with the items . All very disappointing for a supposedly certified ray Ban reseller ( mind you the certification hasn't been renewed since 2020 from what the invoice states ) . Won't be using that website again .

I sent my Ray-bans for to get the nose pads replaced with official ones, was great service from start to finish,

I bought some replacement sides for my RayBan's and also purchased the fitting service. They sent me a label, I posted them on Wednesday and they were returned by Saturday. New sides, fitted perfectly, glasses all polished up, returned in the case I sent them in and they sent me the old sides back too. 5 stars, excellent service

Honestly didn't know what I was getting myself into with buying new lenses for my RayBans. Sunglasses Repairs are god tier in my opinion. Easy to use website, customer service on point and all at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Fantastic service from start to finish, order arrived very quickly. The replacement arms were a different colour to the ones I had but I must say the service was fantastic. Sent some photos through and got an exact match colour wise in a few days. Totally amazing, thank you
