⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service!

I purchased an Intra Light LureRod Kit from Finner (part of Sunray Fly Fish) that unfortunately was faulty. However, they dealt with the issue straight away and arranged a replacement without any hassle. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. It’s refreshing to receive such great service, and I would happily recommend this company to others. Thank you for making the process so easy!

I have made a few orders with Sunray and can only compliment them on their customer service. My last order was for Fluorocarbon and must have lost the confirmation email, I emailed customer service department to query this and had an almost immediate reply saying my order had been posted but if it hasn't arrived in a few days to get back in touch. My order was delivered the next day. I'd just like to say it was excellent customer service by Jason, keep up the good work 👏

I was on a fly fishing back packing trip and fell and bent the frame of my reel. Totally my fault. I contacted Sunray and asked if I could purchase the part that I broke. Within one week they contacted me and told me that they would send me a new frame free of charge! I really appreciate them doing this especially since it was my fault it got damaged! Love the reel and the customer service!

My order went missing through the Shop , after a couple of emails it was dealt with. Jason took time out over the weekend, and I received my order promptly Monday morning

Whilst my order was accepted and processed by Sunday quickly and efficiently, it would have been helpful if some guidance on the expected delivery could have been given. Apart from that no problems at all

Broke my rod contacted customer services to explain the issue and they are sending me a full new rod at no cost were can you get service like that am glad I stuck with them not only do I think there rods and lines are good but the quickness they respond to your inquiry is second to none well done all at FINNER

The Jackhammer has been my most productive lure this year. Out of box one of my jackhammers had a leak, on questions asked it was replaced in days.Thank you.

I had an issue with postage. I contacted customer services. They got back to me within the hour. Posted replacement items, all good. Later I ordered fly line on offer. Unfortunately I was too late as they had sold out. Returning my money. Polite and professional. I judge a business on how they respond when things go wrong, which they do rather than when things work out.

Quick response to my question about Sunray tapered leaders and answered my questions and gave some appreciated advice.

Had an unfortunate accident where by I snapped my dinner fly rod.
Contacted the customer support via email explained what had happened and they gave me 50 per cent off the replacement rod.
Very happy with process and the team at dinner thanks very much.

Wow - what an experience, I snapped my rod yesterday whilst fishing. I thought I would check if I could buy a replacement tip so mailed Finner. It was well after 5pm, but I got a response immediately explain as my order was only 6 months old I would get a free replacement. This morning I have received another mail from the head of customer services (Jason) that a new rod will be dispatched within 7 days. That is what I call exceptional service - thank you, you have an avid supporter.

I have recently got into fly fishing and discovered finner. The customer service has been 2nd to none. Jason has been more than willing to help me if required and the products I have received have been or great quality.

Very efficient at responding, looking forward to receiving new fly line, impressed with the reviews on said products, never used Sunray before so will let you know my thoughts.

I recently ordered several items from Sunray Fly Fish and had a great experience. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered a #5 fly line when I needed a #8. I contacted customer service expecting to have to return it and pay the shipping.

Jason from Sunray responded quickly, helped sort out the issue, and ultimately told me to keep the #5 line as a gift and refunded me for it. I was honestly surprised by how easy they made the whole situation.

Mistakes happen, and mine was completely my own, but Sunray went above and beyond to take care of me. Excellent communication and customer service. I definitely plan on ordering from Sunray again.

Broke the top section of my GT 2 weight rod a few month ago. Free replacement was delivered to me in Germany in just a few days.
