First class service when a needed a spare part they posted it out straight away

Bought a new rod from these guys , had a tip break and they have been fantastic . Quick response and a replacement on route within a few hours of the email . Great response and efficiency .

Sunray is an great company, I have 3 Easy Backcast with overhang marker. This is a game changer line. All my friends love to use my rig with the sunray line.

Just yesterday, I put into a rookies hand he just upon purting into his hand first cast was 30' further.....

Just like that , He bought a line at waterside...

I’ve bought several lines, and they’re all super easy to fish with. But the DryFly Micro Thin is my favorite; the Flies lands so quietly on the water that even shy fish don’t take flight. Thanks so much

i am pretty new to sunray but thus far, service has been excellent; responses to my e mails have been amazingly prompt; I have been dealing with Jason who has been most helpful and i suspect I will be dealing with sunrayfly fish on an ongoing basis for my new equipment needs

I have bought several fly lines from Sunray and found them excellent. The weight and balance as well as the casting indicator work well. I enjoy the tutorials the give valuable advice and tips.

I’ve placed several orders with Sunray from Canada and had nothing but good experiences. Their products arrive promptly and everything is as ordered. I fish their pro lines exclusively and love them, especially the hangover feature. Another thing I appreciate is the investment Tom has made in his casting videos. It’s clear he has invested heavily in how best to communicate the fundamentals. Highly recommend!

A reasonably priced selection from a company based in the Uk. I have found the personal touch to be far better than the online giants churning orders and not really taking an interest in the customer.

I've made several international orders with Sunray and everything I received arrived ahead of schedule and was in perfect condition. I received the first fly line seven or eight years ago and it is still going strong.

I have brought more than 6 lines now, also leaders and flies etc. The service has always been top class and the receipt prompt.The first line I had sent to Canada and my friend brought it to NZ for me as NZ was not on the list. After I informed you of that NZ popped up on the list and many members of our angling club have purchased lines. The lines are very good and the claims of long distance casting are true. Many happy Rotorua, NZ. customers.

I am a huge fan of Sunray Lines. Their overhang marker makes it very easy to know when to shoot the line. I have tried many different lines, but have never found a line that is as easy to roll cast or cast in wind. Speaking of wind, I live in KS where we know if you are going to fly fish in Kansas, you better learn early to cast in wind. I fish a lot for Crappie in the Spring and Spring is one of our windiest seasons. I use Sunray almost exclusively on my 2 and 3 wt rods that I use for Crappie and Panfish and have not found any line that casts better in high winds in these weights than their Micro Thin Series of lines. I have also purchased lines in 4,5,6,7 and 8 wt sizes and have enjoyed them all. I have always gotten great service from them. I do wish though, that they had US Distribution so my local shop could carry their lines. I have been using these lines now for several years. Anymore I generally only use Sunray and Scientific Angler Lines.

Bought loads of stuff from Sunray , and been highly delighted with the lines, so much so that many people have commented on the distance achieved and I have had to get a line for them also.. lost count now of how many lines I have bought but all are top notch , sinkers, floaters , intermediates all great..can't recommend them enough.. immediate despatch , and always someone on the end of the phone

An awful company who blatantly ignore any warranty promises as stated on their website (more Finner although they are the same company). I had bought several lines, rods and reels but i will NEVER deal with this company again. I do notice that since denying me a replacement rod tip they have changed their web site (warranty page) to say the rod must have a manufacture defect whereas before (when I tried to claim) it just said 'What happens if I snap a rod tip'. More dodgy company policy. Still, don't take my word, look at the other reviews. Far too many complaining about the company workings. Shame really because I quite like the products.

I’ve used both Sunray and Finner fly fishing equipment for sometime now. I’ve had reason to contact Finner Customer Services a few times and, without question, the follow on service has been second to none! They have resolved my issues to my satisfaction promptly, and I cannot recommend them more highly!

I have been buying Sunray gear for about 6 years now and have never once had an issue. I have Sunray lines on all my reels and my Sunray 7wt rod is my favourite for winter and for large stillwaters. I recently enquired about the new Sunray Signature rods and received a very quick response from Jason with advice on a rod that would best suit my needs. I will be ordering this as soon as it becomes available and I look forward to having another favourite rod.

I broke the top section of my rod and when i contacted Sunray to purchase a new section, they told me i was still covered under the warrenty and they would srnd out a replacement at no cost. I cannot fault their customer service as this was all done within 24hrs exellent service.

I have had my new Finner rod for a few months and have been massively impressed with it - feels and works great as a rod, reel and line combo. I did have an issue with the rod which was all sorted out and was hassle free and easy communication. I have and will continue to recommend as they are good outfits.

I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. I had a lot of adverts from them on my instagram, the kit looked good and I wanted to support a small business o I bought a combo rod,reel and braid deal. One of the things that swayed me was their warranty, if the rod breaks within the first 2 years they will replace the section for free after 2 years it’s £35, I thought this was great. It turns out it’s a lie. After contacting customer support they told me they don’t keep spare sections in stock and I would have to buy a new rod. They would let me have it with 50% off, however the rod is now a lot more money than I paid as it’s not part of the deal. It’s a win win for them, totally goes against their warranty on the website and very frustrating for me. emails from customer service weren’t helpful, even putting pressure on me saying the 50% off was limited to 24hrs. My credit card company are now going for a full refund. All I wanted was the end section replaced as stated on their website. Avoid. Update. Full refund from Amex. Warranty wording now changed on their website. I had no issue with the rod so don’t know why this was relevant to them not honouring the warranty.
