Purchased a Water2 under sink water…
Purchased a Water2 under sink water filter due to pregnancy and wanting to optimise water purity. Arrived beeping in box hourly, which was odd. We installed and the water didn't taste right. Contacted customer service and received a reply informing me that the unit must have been faulty as the beeping indicates expiry. I provided more detail as requested and no response/solution in over a month now, despite me contacting them several times and asking for a replacement. If I do not hear back very soon I will be contacting Trading Standards. Not impressed.
Update 22/5/26
Following my Trust Pilot review, contact was made by the company stating that I had been sent returns instructions. I explained that I had emailed multiple times chasing them and that therefore I had not received any further information or instructions. They were unable to show any evidence that this was indeed sent and became more helpful upon realising this. I was asked to return the filter for investigation but without promise of a refund. Eventually, a refund was issued.
The frustration here is that it took a poor Trust Pilot review to obtain a response to my multiple chasing emails.

The item was a Ninja air frier and the price was £60 less than other sites. Highly recommended.

I am deeply impressed with customer service. My machine had a manufacturing fault. I tried calling and received a message to email. I was worried. But I got an immediate response with practical advice to troubleshoot. Then, when it was clear that the machine had to go back, I got a return label and instructions. I was offered a refund but chose a replacement which came immediately after and works great.
