First time I've tried Sunvis but they had the best price on a Braun 9575cc. Efficient process, plenty of dispatch and delivery updates. All arrived on time, well packaged. Good service.

I'd never heard of them but Sunvisstore was one of the few places stocking any of the new Braun Series 9 Pro+ shavers and the price was almost unbelievably low. Excellent communication, quick despatch and quick delivery by DPD.

Excellent service with clear communications from placing the order to perfect delivery 2 days later. Product received well packed in its sealed manufacturer’s carton complete with original gurntee. I couldn’t fault the service I received from Sunvisstore. The price I paid for my item was extremely competitive, in fact the best in the internet and high street. I had some concerns as I hadn’t heard of Sunvis before but as they were 30% cheaper than Braun I give them an order. I need not have worried, my order was despatched same day and arrived a day earlier than indicated. Product was exactly as described and communication on order progress was excellent. Bought Dualit 4 slice toaster, the best price I could find. Unfortunately there was minor damage in transit with one of the base legs broken and they had the part sent to me. The customer service was great, I can't recommend highly enough.

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews here because my experience with Sunvis was excellent. Bought a (cheapest price I could find on the web) Dualit Classic Kettle. Communication was good, and it arrived three days later. Definitely recommend.

This is the worse experience of online retailers ever. Basically, I order an item and I was supposed to be arriving in three working days. However, after seven working days did not receive it and I tried to chase it up. Then I was told that yesterday the item was picked up for delivery. However, the item has not been scanned by the delivery company and I would find up and get back to you
( ASAP ) but did not hear anything from them at all. Then I went through the refunding process. Do not waste your time with the worse UK retailer.

I have ordered a present for Christmas on the 7th December and as of today it has still not arrived. All I get is an email telling me that they’ve told the courier to deliver it asap. All I want is a refund or a replacement. They can see that it’s not been delivered.
I stand no chance of getting the present in time now.
This was my first purchase with this company and will probably be the last.

Had a fault develop on vacuum cleaner bought from sunvis after 8weeks .I got in touch and they replied the same day with a return label .they sent a brand new vacuum cleaner that arrived within a week.would recommend to family and friends as price wise they are very competitive an my dealing with them is only positive

The product I ordered never arrived. Not sure where the problem is (if at Sunvis or DPD), however after more than 2 weeks of emails I'm still pending for a resolution. Totally unhappy and with money blocked. If I'd have to choose again, I'd look for a different company. You pay a bit more, but you get better services. I'm tired chasing for updates. My free time it's focused in the wrong direction.

Hadn't heard of this company before, but when searching for a new garden hose, these guys came up the cheapest on a Google search. Great service, ordered Sunday night, had a DPD courier confirmation that night and received on Tuesday. Very impressed. Would happily purchase from here again.

I cannot fault the service I received from this online store.
I stumbled across them by chance and found what I was looking for £10 cheaper than anywhere else on the web or high street.
An easy to navigate website which didn't insist on me creating an account before allowing me to check out.
The item was as described and delivery was prompt and as promised.
Overall, I am very happy with my shopping experience and would happily shop here again and recommend to friends.

Recently found this store and bought a Braun hand blender.

The order arrived very quickly, as described, with a UK plug. Given the lack of reviews I was a bit nervous, but I'm very happy with the service and the product.

I ordered a kettle that was the cheapest I could find compared to other online stores. I was slightly concerned as I was unable to find reviews on the store.

I received conformation of my order immediately and I was updated a couple of days later when the order had been dispatched. I received the item a day earlier than I was quoted.

Overall a great experience.
