Supaphoto Reviews

I was too harsh. The staff did a very good job in recovering an audio tape from 1989. The service was helpful and prompt. I am happy with the result.

An amazing service from start to finish. Philip was warm and personable when I popped round with the 3 items I needed help with. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. We had a lovely chat and he was genuinely interested in what things I’d bought along. Within days I had a message to say they were ready and I’m delighted to see photos and videos of precious memories I’d not been able to see for years! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you for 5 star service and caring about your customers. We need more of that these days! Thank you, Sarah

Absolute top quality service and wonderful people, they processed my photos and videos in bulk, and even repaired old video that had suffered from mould damage. Highly recommend!

had a VHS video from the 90s , the service was outstanding. The work was done to an exceptionally high standard, with a clear level of professionalism and expertise throughout. I’m very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them

Super quick service from Supaphoto!! efficient and very reasonably priced, will use again for sure

I found the staff at supaphoto Very helpful only just a email or phone call away
The quality of the cine film was amazing I was not expecting much as it was over 40 years old
I will be sharing it with the family they will be overwhelmed to see there aunt and grandparents again

Supaphoto were so friendly and helpful with getting my dad’s old camcorder cassette tapes digitised. Very straightforward and reassuring service, I’m so excited to pick up the USB stick later!

So so thankful I found Supaphoto. I had 3 old mouldy VHS tapes and didn’t think it was possible to retrieve any footage but after speaking to admin team they said there is a high chance they would be able to retrieve the footage! I was thrilled as my mum is in late stages of Alzheimer’s disease 10 yrs + and I can’t remember her without the disease!! Weird I know! Anyway Supaphoto are super stars!! They did it!! Thank you so very much for caring and retrieving footage I haven’t seen in a long time! I’ll get the tissues ready! No really thank you from the bottoms of my heart. Amanda.

Super speedy turnaround of my VHS and very friendly team. Thank you!

Very friendly upon arrival. Explained the process clearly. Would use again in the future.

What a proffesional service from start to finish. I had old slides transferred to USB and couldn't be happier. They were beyond helpful and kept me informed all through the process. I will be using Supaphoto again and recommend them whole heartily.

It’s not often one finds a company like Supaphoto with such a great team. The service provided was genuinely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a no-brainer to entrust Supaphoto with digitising 9.5mm cine reels of the early 1930’s from a family estate. For sure, Supaphoto will be my first port of call in future, as and when I need further digital conversions of old media formats. My grateful thanks!

Beyond expectations and further still ….
I had two old reel to reel tape recordings made in the 1960’s/70’s of messages from relatives in Australia and New Zealand- these tapes would go across the world and replies from the UK sent in return using same tapes .
Both reels had been recorded on both sides but each recording was set at a different speed creating a highly complex transcribing process…
My belief is that the original estimate for this work was woefully short of how much time it took to complete this project but despite asking for an updated price , this was politely and charmingly refused - how many businesses in this day and age would do that?????? Don’t hesitate- get in touch with Phillip and get those old forgotten memories back- outstanding service

Supaphoto we're excellent at explaining what they could do with my VHS and communicating about how to get it organised. They restored a mouldy tape and were transparent about the process from the beginning - they were a friendly and family run business that I would definitely use again.

Amazing service from the moment that I contacted Supaphoto.
All options and costs were clearly explained from the outset and the service was excellent.

So happy I found Supaphoto. Have already used them twice now and will be returning again. We have had hours of wonderful memories from films converted into ever lasting memories that we can easily watch time and time again. Very professional, fast and friendly.
I can’t thank them enough for their speed of service and brilliant communication. I would highly recommend them.

I spoke to the guy at Supaphoto his knowledge was excellent on what I wanted, i posted the cassette tape to him and was thrilled when he called me to say it was all done, thank you so much for enabling me to hear my childhood memorises from 50 years ago. First class sevice

I've recently used Supaphoto to transfer my wedding from 2006 which was on an old Sony mini DV tape, with no ability to play anymore - onto a usb memory stick. Service was excellent - very professional and friendly and very efficient. Thanks Supaphoto!

New
Was a bit weary about using at first, as was worried about sending something sentimental away and something happening to it, however the team kept in touch with me each step of the way, keeping me updated on what was happening, they were very friendly and reassuring, helping me make the best decision on what I wanted and needed, would highly recommend and use again if needed ❤️

Excellent service. Quick and reliable.
