Banned without a reason
The site have a lots of offers, pays fast, however my time was there is frustrating. I waited multiple times for offer verification, i even proved myself via my government ID, and also proved my address to them. Im a newbie in surveys, but i didnt even had one single chargeback in the last 4-5 months, but they asked me one more time to wait for offer verification. I waited patiently, i write them back at 30 days, because this is what they ask from you, the response was rude, and even they said i got banned if i keep spamming, after the 62nd day i just write them again, the first response was also rude, and after i got an ban, without a reason.
I didnt understand what did i wrong? I proved myself via government id, i didnt had chargeback, etc. Maybe they disliked my photo on my id? xD

The spamming part is a complete joke, i know im right, i waited correctly 30 days, and after my 2nd response was in the 62nd day. The support was careless in my case. They were really rude.
Also would be so nice to know which rules were break by me, maybe this can help for the other users as well, learning from my mistakes.

My ID verification process went through your sister site, via the Rewardingways.com.
Can you provide me the offer, which led me to ban? (Advertiser, offer number etc. Im gonna search the adviser and i will update my review with the answer what i got). It would be a nice addition for this review.
Multiple accounts? Which accounts are you talking about? Im using the same name, phone number, email etc on your sites. As i said, im even verified via government id in rewarding ways.
You need 60 days for offer verification, but i didnt had chargeback after the 60 days, but we want to ban her, so i have multiple accounts now?
So my mistake was to do offers frequently. I guess my hope is gone, no one can learn from my mistakes.

If you were banned, it was not without reason, it would be for a breach of our rules.
If you were warned for spamming, then it was the result of not following the information supplied and sending multiple excessive tickets or emails.
We will provide more details when you provide your account information, but we can confirm that your account would not have been banned because of your photo, but as already stated, for a serious breach of our rules.

What is interesting, is currently you have not yet been informed of a ban on Superpay.me. There has only been one ticket raised, and there are two replies. One informing you of the offer verification process, and the other asking you to wait a further 30 days.
We can confirm however that the process has been completed and this account is to remain banned due to concerns were raised in relation to a large number of survey completions across a number of sites, (most likely including the one you think you are reviewing) and multiple accounts. We are led to believe that you will now have been banned from multiple websites as a result of the activity.
This would have resulted in reversals, however as the account is to be closed, (which up till now you hadn't been informed of) there was no requirement to process these and cause unnecessary work.
In relation to the ID, we have not at any point requested any identification on this account on Superpay.me. If it was sent to us, then it would quite simply have been deleted having not been requested. As we didn't request it, then we would not record whether or not it was received as that would be irrelevant.
As for spamming, you were given no such warning on your account for that, so would appear to be getting us confused with another site. As we mentioned, you only received 2 ticket responses on Superpay.me and neither was in relation to spamming.
We can confirm however that the account will not be reactivated and that the ban is permanent so you will not need to follow up on the verification process.

After several surveys completed , i requested for withdrawal and they reject my request. now my account is under verification and no response from the support. just wasted my time for just few bucks. No worth for newbies.

Every security check is there for a reason & based on our experience over the last 13 years of paying people for taking part in market research surveys & offers. The checks you agreed to are as follows:
1 - Validation of the registered name/address. A simple check that helps us to meet KYC regulations, to ensure that our payments are being sent to valid accounts registered in the correct name & prevents money laundering.
2 – A verification check on the surveys or offers credited on our site to ensure that they were completed correctly & as per the advertisers’ instructions. This helps to prevent, amongst other things, fraud, offer duplication, survey speeding & more. The process typically takes between 30 & 60 days.

Before joining here along with its sister sites, Rewarding Ways and Offer Nation, make sure to have recently issued IDs/Docs with your Name and Address for Verification Process once you make a payout request. Utility bills are accepted. Anyone can join as long as you have proofs of identity acceptable to them. Admit wasting my time here by not reading the T&C prior to signing up hence I thought it's the same as other sites. Low payout threshold though but have no idea of the transfer time since I wasn't able to redeem.

Patience is a virtue. My experience is not very good but not also bad. There are days that you won't be qualified to the surveys. And there are days that you will. I've been answering surveys for less than a year and I've made around 25$.
