Account verification rejected
My withdrawal got rejection because of account verification. I provide my voter id card , identity card of Indian government and PAN Card also but they reject me asking for you have different address in your documents than what you wrote in SuperPayMe app . It is because I am temporarily living to a new place for my job but they rejected my withdrawal and my account got freeze.

That security check was then completely justified when you then failed to show you had registered with a valid name/address combination that you could verify.
Your reaction to your failure to register valid information is provide us a 1 star review!! CAn we suggest you try taking some responsibility for your own actions. There are no excuses for failing to follow the simplest instruction.
It is genuinely unbelievable that because we had the correct security measures in place to detect your failure to follow the terms of the site, you think this the correct response.
We were quite correct to deny your withdrawal, and you know it as well as we do.
Thanks for sharing your account details. We've already provided all the details in our initial response to cover this situation, and there's nothing more to add. It is simply a case you you failing to provide accurate information and now complaining when you've been correctly banned as a result.
