Gutted I've been waiting on a reply for…
Gutted I've been waiting on a reply for over a month and can't even withdraw my $1.80 and emailed multiple times about it and got nothing, they still email me surveys to do and I can't do any!!
I've had a reply from these guys and I sent all the information that was required and it's 30 days later with still no clear of being able to continue doing surveys. Waiting 30 days is a long time to be verified in my opinion, have emailed them now too.

Please stop duplicating false negative reviews. You are banned permanently and won't be allowed back because of your actions. You won't receive any other response other than that below to any future review on Trustpilot
1 - You were correctly banned from our site for a clear breach of our rules.
2 -You know you were correctly banned and previously accepted responsibility for the issue.
3 - We were at no point rude, this is simply a revenge post because we did not reactivate your account, and you don't like that.
4 Removal of your previous posts, and attempting to replace them with these false claims is a deliberate attempt to deceive people and is a whole new level of unacceptable.
While you have attempted to delete the previous review you left, we thankfully have a copy of what we wrote and what you replied and we will therefore share the information of what we previously told you and your response taking responsibility for that (or at least blaming your grandkids).
You were informed that you were correctly banned for our site for deliberately changing your country location, a clear breach of our terms. You were informed that this is not acceptable and is typically the behaviour of someone trying to access more surveys targeted towards other countries, in summary it is in effect fraud.
Your response was as follows:

So you accept that this was your error, whether because you did it yourself or your "grandkids" did it accidently. To now have the audacity to come on here and accuse us of being rude and leave a 1 star review is quite simply disgusting and deceptive behaviour. if you are comfortable with that, then that says a lot.
To try and blame your grandkids for changing specifically your country location, which requires logging into your account, accessing your profile, editing your profile, then specifically altering the country to one offering more surveys than your own registered, and then saving those changes is in itself quite a claim. Based on the claims your making in these reviews, i think we can safely say there is a high percentage chance there is not much truth in that either.
As we stated previously, we have no further intention to respond to this review, or the continued spamming of our tickets and emails. We will however happily copy and paste these facts onto any further false and misleading reviews you wish to post ( i believe you've now deleted 3 previous ones) as we won't have anyone spreading lies online and trying to hide the facts from people.
Please try taking some responsibility or your actions and stop leaving false reviews out of revenge.
Not only are you banned from this site, please do not attempt to join any of the sites we own and operate, you are quite simply no longer welcome due to the deceptive behaviour you have shown both on our site, and on review sites.

We do not say everyone is wrong. We deal with the facts, & often that does mean we need to correct those who post false information or fail to provide the full story & facts. Trustpilot can attract that type of review as people are often out for nothing other than revenge.
We can guarantee that where we've claimed someone has made a false review, or confirmed has been banned, that those are the facts. We don't make mistakes on Trustpilot because we post facts based on the information available. Its difficult to be wrong when your posting factual information on what actually happened.
We do make some mistakes on our site, but where that happens, we take responsibility & correct the errors.
The one statement in your review which we would correct is your claim " so in actuality they don't pay out". This is not actually true.
We pay out money for all correctly completed surveys, & sometimes people also get paid for ones they did not complete correctly.
They then have the opportunity to correct that if they continue working with us, or they can walk away with money they did not rightly earn, & we pick up the loss. Everyone gets paid what they deserve, & some get more.
Ultimately everyone will receive payment for surveys which our advertisers have confirmed have been completed correctly. Those same advertisers will occasionally reverse a credit from an account when they review the data & find that there was an issue with the survey but that doesn't change the fact that we still sent the payment for it.
The result in that situation is the member can either continue to receive payment for new surveys to clear off the balance for the incorrectly completed survey, or they can walk away &we will take the loss.
The reason for us responding is quite simple:
People deserve the truth. There are a number of reviewers who take advantage of the Trustpilot system & it's flaws. Whilst overall it's not a bad review platform, there are issues it ignores or fails to address. We ensure people aren't being mislead by posting the facts.
Your latest assumptions are an example of this. You are quite simply making up a reason of why you think we respond to reviews which is untrue. We've had to correct that by posting the facts.
You've then made another by suggesting we treat people bad & that the site is going downhill. The site has improved year on year, & continues to do so both in member numbers & in quality of responses provided. Our members are treat well, they have access to hundreds of surveys , they receive payments & support round the clock, & currently service levels are better than they have ever been.
Your review is an example of the issues trustpilot has, & why we need to respond with the facts. Thanks for highlighting the issues.
Another few corrections, no damage control required, no flaws, our stats are accurate based on actual site figures. We've highlighted already with facts, some of the information you've supplied is not accurate or simply assumptions with no basis. Our responses provide facts to correct misinformation.
You started with one piece of inaccurate information and with each reply the mis-information and assumptions escalated as we produced facts to confirm the truth in each response.
Nobody claimed everybody loved our site. There are bad reviews, but those greatly outnumbered by the good ones, here, feefo, reviews.io etc.
Free speech is a great thing, & we encourage it, however where that is inaccurate, we will provide facts to correct it. Your claims are not facts, but nothing more than conjecture as we've already shown.

I did everything properly, verified my email and spent hours to answer surveys thoroughly, I made $5 worth and tried to claim the reward, they flagged my account as "Cheater" and refused to give me any explanation except stating I failed their "Security Check" and did not further give any clarification.
Edit: In response to their response - I've made the review more neutral for people to read with no motivational bias.
I have not made duplicate accounts or manipulated offers (how do you manipulate offers anyway?) as they have suggested.
To clarify I'm not questioning their legitimacy or ability in paying their members, I'm sure they do as other users have received their payments, but they have shown through this case that they have the power and authority to do what they want without due process - including withholding your due rewards.
Nothing in my previous statement is incorrect or false, I spent hours answering surveys to the best of my abilities, I tried withdrawing my meager $5 reward, and was hit with this "Cheater" title. I opened up a ticket and asked why, and they answered with-
"PERMANENT BAN
Hi,
As a result of failing our security checks, this account is now banned permanently. All future tickets will be deleted without being read or receiving a response.
