None of the surveys work

None of the surveys work, I keep getting error messages "Error 3835" or "Unfortunately that particular survey/offer no longer available, but we have hundreds more to choose from! "Redirected me to Yuno and it did not work either. Your Surveys gives me this error "The section you tried to visit is blocked because there is an issue with your account. Please contact our support team who will be able to give you more information about this block and explore options with you to resolve it where applicable. Please note that while some blocks are permanent, many blocks can be resolved with your cooperation. You can send in a support ticket from the support tab to get in touch with our support team"

I gave about 20 hours.

I gave about 20 hours to make about 15 dollars. But when I tried to withdraw my money it says that you have to wait for 30 days so we can verify that I had actually completed the tasks. And if they are unable to verify they need another 30 days to verify it. Is this good for me as a new user? I really worked hard.

Beware!! SuperPay.me Support Team are OPPRESSIVE!!

I’m writing this review to warn others of SuperPay.me site. I advise you not to join this site because they might oppress you like they oppressed me!

To be honest when I was doing surveys and get little rewards, they always let me withdraw the money but when I did an offer which was a MutiReward game offer, which consist of 7 tasks, the first 5 tasks their rewards combined were less than the sixth task reward, so, they let me withdraw the money for all the five tasks, but when I finished the sixth task which was worth $83.39, they didn’t allow me to withdraw the money, Instead, they marked my account with "Verification Required”!

You will see clearly how oppressive they are! Firstly, they deactivated my account for “offer verification” purpose only! This means that their deactivating of my account was obviously INJUSTICE! Because the reason behind their deactivation of my account was NOT because I did something wrong! Secondly, they are oppressive because they want me to wait between 30 to 60 days before they reactivate my account!

Then, when I explained to them the situation how they allowed me to redeem the money without them verifying the completions of those previous five completed tasks for the same game offer! And when I completed the sixth task which was worth $83.39 for the same game offer, they demanded to verify the completions! Then I told them that was not fair at all! And request for an explanation and wrote “Why now?!”

Their response was harsh! And again, they oppressed me and considered my request for an explanation as “spam”! So, they threatened to lock my account by writing “Please ensure you do not spam our support ticket area with these types of requests to avoid your account being locked.”!!

Yesterday, I told them to close my account because I don’t trust them at all after they oppressed me and accused me of spamming their support ticket and refused to answer my question!

So, after they have closed my account, I felt really good because now I’m free from their oppression. And I hope the people who read my review will be saved from their oppression.

What you were given were simple and factual responses providing details of the status of your account. In the second response a friendly reminder to follow the instructions and not to send multiple responses to avoid any potential issues with spamming.

We would also like to point out at this time, that you have failed to mention in your review that prior to this issue you had actually been provided with the following:

- A large number of well paid surveys
- Quick and steady credits for the surveys and offers have been completed .
- Fast payouts on multiple occasions, typically no more than a few hours each time with many actually being sent instantly.

It’s a shame that you failed to provide readers all of the information over 2 years having your account. Obviously disclosing that would contradict your claims of oppression, service and 1 start rating, however it’s misldeading to withhold that information when providing a review which lacks integrity.

We challenge you therefore to be completely honest and disclose the full facts (as we have done) based on the full history of your account and provide a review consistent with the level of service you actually received and we look forward to seeing your updated review and rating score as a result.

I tried to verify my account many times and I sent all the documents, but they didn't accept them. When I contacted them they didn't give a specific answer they replied with the same words every time.

The response:
Whenever I seek your support, I am disappointed by the lack of clarity and constructive feedback. Despite informing you that the identity does not include an address and that each country has its own unique identification system, such as Saudi Arabia where I reside, which does not include an address, you consistently respond with irrelevant answers. This is not my fault. Additionally, I provided you with the necessary document, the national address, which meets all requirements. However, you did not accept it and failed to communicate the reason for the rejection.

WE can confirm that you have been asked to provide valid verification documents which verify both the name and address registered on your account.

So far we have received 4 documents, none of which meet the criteria required.

Document 1 - Contained only a name and address however, rather than you holding the document as is requested for photo ID, the document was pasted over the person in the photo. As a result it was clearly unacceptable as it was presented in the wrong format.

Document 2 - contained a name, but no address. It was again a photo ID, but was not being held by the person in the photo as is required. It was unacceptable as there was no address and was not presented in the correct format.

Document 3 - It's unclear what this document was, however it clearly had an issue date of December 2022 and an expiry date of June 2023 so was not current, was out of date by over 6 months and could not be accepted. A current version of that document may have been acceptable, but certainly not one so far out of date.

Document 4 was an online invoice for a gift box and would be considered by any financial institution as unacceptable for ID purposes.

The issue here is not our policy or procedures. They are in place for a reason, as they are with any business who sends money.

The issue here is quite simply you haven't yet presented a valid document which verifies your name and address in the correct format.

We look forward to your confirmation that the above information is both factual and correct and that the only reason your account is not active is that you haven't yet provided what was requested.

While the review is inaccurate both in score and content, we are happy for it to remain as long as you take the time to ensure it is accurate and factual.

Readers should note, if it hasn't bene updated to reflect those facts, then we recommend disregarding this review due to what is simply revenge post as a result of not being able to supply a valid ID, and consider the issue that that raises.

If you are having issues with obtaining a suitable document, then we can only suggest you need to look into other options. We complete these verification checks for countries worldwide, including Saudi Arabia, and many people from Saudi complete this process no problem.

Our answers were always relevant, you sent Id that was not acceptable and we asked for an alternative. The national address document you refer to is the one listed here as document 3 and expired in June 2023 so clearly was unacceptable.

Readers should not the reviewers continued failure to confirm the factual information provide as being correct as per our previous response.

A PLATAFORMA É PÉSSIMA, alem de aparecer poucas ofertas de pesquisas te bloqueiam sem algum motivo grave, estou excluindo a minha conta deste site e NÃO RECOMENDO!!!
Por duas vezes bloquearam e de fato não teve motivos não recomendooo!!

Edit 2 - "Sua conta foi bloqueada pelo nosso sistema de segurança depois que você tentou usar um endereço IP registrado em outro país diferente daquele em que você está registrado em 31 de janeiro de 2024. Esse problema de IP estrangeiro aconteceu pela segunda vez em 1º de fevereiro de 2024. Você estava como resultado, bloqueado corretamente. Esta medida de segurança evita que pessoas tentem acessar de forma fraudulenta "pesquisas destinadas a outros países usando software de alteração de IP que é proibido em nosso site.
Eu continuo dizendo que vocês não tiveram motivos para o bloqueio da conta já que utilizo o mesmo Notebook além disso não é possivel eu utlizar um IP estrangeiro já que permaneço no meu país. E acrescento que solicitei a exclusão da minha conta já que por duas vezes não houve de fato motivos graves para que eu ficasse com a minha conta bloqueada. portanto permanece a minha avaliação péssima desse SITE , NÃO RECOMENDO!!

January and February are typically slow months for survey opportunities. you will find opportunities, but just not as many as you would at other times of the year.

We do not block accounts for "no reason". If your account was blocked, then there is an issue detected by our security which has caused your account to be correctly suspended. We look forward to providing that information once we receive your account details.

You say that your account was blocked twice for no reason, but we both know that not to be true as you have raised a ticket and received a response on both occasions. Here are the details.

1 - Your account was flagged to complete a name and address verification check on 12 January 2024. This is as per the checks you are informed of prior to joining our site and ensures that we cna verify the details of anyone we send money to.

2 - Your account was blocked by our security system after you attempted to use an IP address registered to another country than the one you are registered in on 31st January 2024. This foreign IP issue then happened a second time on 1st February 2024. Yo were correctly blocked as a result. This security measure prevent people trying to fraudulently access surveys meant for other countries by using IP changing software which is banned on our site.

You then requested your account be closed shortly after being caught attempting to use foreign Ip addresses.

So despite being well aware on both occasions why your account was blocked, one for a valid security check, and the other for a clear breach of our rules, you then wrote a revenge review (after being banned for breaking our rules) claiming it was blocked for no reason in what simply appears a deliberate attempt to mislead other readers.

You also mentioned that you had issues finding surveys, however we can see that throughout January you actually received, completed and received credit for a number of surveys. With your permission, we will happily post a list of those along with their values. Sadly this seems to be another attempt to mis-inform.

Finally we can see you then received a number of payments on the back of those credits. All of those payments were sent within a few hours of request, but we notice that you failed to mention this as part of your review. Again we can only assume you left that out deliberately to try and back up an entirely inaccurate review.

Again, with your permission, we are happy to provide more details of that.

We look forward to you confirming the facts we have presented, and giving us the opportunity to verify those facts by providing your permission to post full details of your actual experience with us that has been inaccurately reported and/or deliberately left out.

We provided two very valid reasons as to why your account was put on hold. one for a security check, and the other because you used Ip changing software to change your country location. it is entirely possible for you to not leave your country, and change you Ip to another country location (we suggest you search online for explanations), although we already provided the most common reasons to our in our ticket response when we told you why you had been blocked.

The device to use to access the site is not the issue. we suggest you take time to understand the issue and then perhaps you can take responsibility for your actions. In the meantime, please stop posting false information highlighted by the facts we presented.

In summary, almost the entire review is false. As we've shown multiple times, your account was blocked for two very justifiable reasons, and finally got you to admit you've received many surveys and payments from us rendering the entire review false. Your lack of understanding over the use of foreign Ip addresses is not a reflection of the service you received on our site, but is an issue you need to resolve.
