I've been using superpayme since December of 2024, and initially I didn't have many issues with the site itself and only had to use the support tickets maybe 2 times. However, ever since March of this year, things have been consistently going downhill. There have been more reversals, less acceptance, and more account restrictions. I used to make $15-17 a day, but now I struggle to make even $5. I've experimented with different hours, days, and survey amounts, but the results remain the same. I even took a week-long break, thinking the site might have a fail-safe to limit earnings, but after vague responses from support and further testing, I'm almost certain the problem lies with the website itself, not me. My answers haven't changed, I've stayed engaged with every survey, and these issues only started in February. It's become impossible to excuse their behavior, especially when the site's chat is flooded every single day with complaints about $5+ reversals, low acceptance rates, and payment issues. Superpayme has been my main source of income after trying countless side hustles, and it was the only one I truly trusted. I'm genuinely devastated, knowing many others rely on this platform to pay bills, afford meals, or make ends meet. How can the owners, workers, and support staff at Superpayme justify actions that actively hurt the finances and lives of so many people? I know that some issues may stem from the survey providers themselves, but it’s clear that Superpayme needs better support, regulation, and accountability because this has gone too far.

Almost every survey I do gets reversed. I belong to three other survey platforms and they never give me reversals, so I know its not me. Superpayme used to be legit. Now it's being run by scammers. I'm so done with this site.

Se inicio muy bien hasta que me señalaron mi cuenta de tramposa por vpn cosa que no es cierta porque es algo que sabemos de sobra nos afectaría en otras plataformas, pedí ayuda a soporte y no solucionaron nunca, quizás me pusieron como tramposa por aser los juegos de manera pronta, así que en lo personal a mi no me dejo una buena experiencia experiencia esta plataforma

The moment you run into an issue, they’ll tell you, “Oh, that was a third-party offer, there’s nothing we can do.” They take zero responsibility and refuse to help if a survey or offer doesn’t pay out. But the second you actually start making money? That’s when they step in—blocking accounts, holding payments, making you wait months just to access the money you earned.

This isn’t a new issue. For years, people have complained about this company pulling the same stunts—delaying payouts, locking accounts over vague “security concerns,” and making users jump through endless hoops for answers. Just check the reviews—Google Play, the App Store, Reddit—it’s all the same story. Their system is designed to keep your money in limbo while they profit off your work.

Their support is robotic, unhelpful, and cold. No accountability, no remorse—just a copy-paste response that boils down to “Too bad, not our problem.” If you’re considering using REWARDINGWAYS, OFFERNATION, or SUPERPAYME, don’t. Find the survey providers they use and go directly to them instead. These sites are predatory, dishonest, and absolutely not worth your time.

SuperPay.Me is a fraud and wastage of precious time. This site and app is in the custody of Hindos who only care for people from Europe and USA no matter if they are fake. They always deprived people from Asia, central Asia and far East asia from there little earning. This site promotes racisim. All are requested to report this international fraud and help humanity from wasting there time.

Es una estafa. Complete varias encuestas con ellos, hice 2 retiros y todo bien (encuestas de 30/40 minutos donde pagan muy poco, ni 1€ por cuesta). Pero bueno, hasta ahi todo aceptable, de ahí completo 6 recompensas con uno de sus proveedores dentro de la misma pagina de Superpay.me, donde no recibo ninguna de las 6 recompensas. Como su colaborador no tenia opción de abrir ticket para reclamar me dirijo a Superpay.me, donde desde un primer momento se quieren quitar la culpa y decirme que no me van a ayudar que realice un ticket con el proveedor de la oferta, donde le digo que el proveedor no tiene opción de apertura de ticket, donde literalmente empiezan a decirme que ellos no van a hacer nada, por lo que le digo que los voy a reportar como scam, ya que eran recompensas donde había que poner tu TARJETA DE CRÉDITO para ni siquiera recibir la recompensa, y tampoco la ayuda de esta ESTAFA de app. Por lo que la persona que me atiende empieza a amenazarme con cerrarme la cuenta si sigo protestando por no recibir mi recompensa, por lo que decido mandar un correo para recibir ayuda, y en vez de eso lo que recibo es un bloqueo PERMANENTE DE CUENTA. Estes LADRONES, se han quedado con todo él dinero que ya tenía acumulado en la cuenta y a mayores con el dinero de las 6 ofertas que complete correctamente PONIENDO MI TARJETA DE CRÉDITO. Superpay.me es la MAYOR ESTAFA de todas las aplicaciones de ganar dinero que he usado a lo largo de mi vida, aun por encima tiene un servicio de atención al cliente que solo saben amenazar con cerrar tu cuenta ya que no les enseñaron a trabajar.

Me bloquearon de hacer encuestas por mis "respuestas", me cree otra cuenta e hice mas encuestas de las que podia hacer en la otra encuesta ( Por lo que me doy cuenta de que si habia un bloqueo a la cuenta), gane algo, me quitaron tambien, pero bueno me aburri de estar enviando correos y demas por los problemas que tienen, los proveedores Como BitLabs, OfferToro (Torox), lootably, no cumplen con los pagos de recompensas que uno realizo correctamente y me harte de estar haciendo tareas que Jamas pagan o tardan semanas en responder y no dan soluciones, se hacen los desentendidos y ofrecen cosas que no cumplen, no entiendo para que prometen pagos cuatiosos y al momento de pagar no hacen nada, parecen una manga de estafadores, No volvere otra vez, le indique a soporte que les dejaria una mala reseña por lo mismo, es Imposible ganar cuando o no te pagan o te bloquean la cuenta para poder ganar o hacen un bloqueo interno para lo mismo, ahora me doy cuenta que jamas fueron Justos.

This is the worst website that I ever done. I read a lot of reviews about this site in youtube that you can money. When I signed up, I did the first paid survey, it says that I am not qualified for the survey. I did try other paid survey but I am still getting same issue. I don't know understand why youtubers are giving false information.

After two exhausting weeks spent working on hard-to-come-by compensated surveys, I finally decided to withdraw my funds and convert my points to cash that I had painstakingly accumulated during this, my second cash-out cycle (for which I had already been verified at the beginning of my membership). However, as I attempted to proceed, I was blindsided by a notification declaring that I had received a "Reverse SPM", which meant a previously credited reward had been revoked, resulting in a deduction of 233 points from my points balance. This shocking turn of events plunged my points into the negative, and I was informed, that I could not withdraw any of the funds that I had accumulated while the points balance was in a negative state. To rectify the situation, I hastily used the cash available in my SuperPay.Me account to settle the negative balance through the “cash to points” portal, believing I could finally access my funds. But my hopes were dashed when they slapped me with a "Verification Requirement", out of nowhere, leaving me utterly discouraged! And still to this day, I have not received a Verification Requirement document or link to satisfy the requirement that they are asking for in order to release my money!

It has become clear to me that this website consistently fails to respond to customer support requests promptly, if ever, despite their assertive promise to address all requests within eight hours of submission. Although I was reluctant to disclose the true nature of this website, I feel it is important to share my experience with the Trustpilot community. I'm tired of this site doing fraudulent things I have done so many surveys and completed so many task and never get my funds then they blame it on other companies well we are doing the task from their site they need to do something about it I'm tired of the games I take my time to do the task I want my money not excuses

Yo doy 2 Estrellas por qué una ves alcance a sacar 3 Dólares de hay en adelante no he podido lograrlo pero si me los pagaron pero si Estoy de acuerdo con muchos usuarios no hay encuestas y si las hay no son compatibles no pasa nada con esta basura Ojalá algúien de una buena página o APP para Generar Ingresos Mala Muy Mala Aunque Me Pagaron los 3 Dollars pero de hay en adelante todo se torna oscuro

Awful site. Customer service is rude and useless. They label you cheater for no reason. Very hard to earn a decent amount, it's like slave labour. I am not a fan, it made work for other people but not for me.

In all honesty, this is one of the best websites I've ever worked with. I gave it four stars since occasionally they don't verify if the customer is a scammer or not. I've done several reviews and only found one scammer, who told me I wasn't qualified after I finished my twenty-minute review.
