By far the worst survey site. Customer service is RUDE. I accidentally mentioned another survey site in the chat not knowing it was against the rules. I got suspended. Upon contacting customer service, it was demanded of me that I apologize like a little kid. Basically told the agent to F off. ( lol ) No need to use that site. Their upgrade by far has made the whole experience on the site worse.

Withdrawal of failed I gathered for a long time and the withdrawal was rejected but the balance was not returned was truly fraud

Wow four month for this update??? The site Is worse in literally everything, Survey provider removed, less survey, higher PayPal witdraw and with fees, worse referral Program, at this Is point of It was still close would make no difference. I Hope at this point that all the people that used superpay before stop to use they serve nothing

Scam site suspends account when requesting bonus

Liars, they shut down the site without warning in May due to technical issues and then later said they would update it with many new features at the end of June. This didn't happen, and they postponed it until early August. Last week, they wrote on their website that it would be the week of the new site's launch, but as expected, they lied again. As of today, September 10th, it's been four months since the site was under maintenance, and it's clear there's something sneaky and despicable behind all this behavior.

First it was relaunching in June...then it was August and now it's the beginning of September and here it is September 10th. It's obvious this company not only robbed us of our time and effort but now all of our earned money. Take accountability SUPER PAY.ME and own up to what you did!!!!!🤦

They closed the website and stole all the money from the users. They keep claiming they will pay this back and relaunch the website, but after 4 months of straight-up lying to the customers, it is very clear that this won't happen.

Well after nearly 6 months of waiting and big hype and promises, the site is finally back up. The user interface is definitely much better than what we had before, BUT...... it is a 1:1 copy of Prime Opinion, in terms of UI & features !!!, yet both sites are run by 2 different companies. So it took them 6 months to rip and copy the design and features of one of their routers ? Whether it is intentional or not I don't know the relation here.

Balance was correctly transferred. I had 11 cents, it was moved over correctly. People with over $12 when the site went down, will have to wait 30 days to get their funds, or when it clears from advertisers they did the surveys/offers from. You would think that in over 6 months of waiting, it would have cleared!

They removed a lot of earning potential. Site has only 3-4 routers, and reward rates are no better than before, they are worse.

Chatbox is a joke, maximum 100 characters, that is too little.

Withdraw options are worse. Minimum is $3 now, it used to be $1 instant !!!!

We were lied to for 6 goddamned months, earning potential is much lower and even with the daily tasks and weekly draws, it's not worth it, because to fund these bonuses, they reduced the rewards big time.

They now require FULL ID verification. You are now asked your full address, full date of birth and full legal name. A gold gem of information for identity theft,you can not lie anymore about your date of birth, so any site that requests such sensitive information is a major red flag to me. They could easily verify members by requiring VERIFIED PAYPAL or VERIFIED payment processor account and do the verification through them instead !!!

6 bloody months for this ? Very disappointed. I earned over $1k on old site, the TOTAL lifetime earnings were not passed over to the new site, only the balance, which is not fair.

The only positive thing of new site, no more leaderboard contests, good riddance to that, because you always had people rush and cheat or people in certain countries like the U.S. who have the most offers and surveys win!

It is a great place to make money online very easily .

A few months ago, OfferNation suddenly went offline. They deleted their servers, wiping out all user accounts, referral data, and earnings. Their excuse? A “server crash” and claims that they couldn’t restore the data. They initially promised a comeback, but nothing happened. This was the first red flag.

Now, the same pattern is unfolding with SuperPay.Me. I personally had over 1,000 referrals on the platform, and now everything is gone. The website is down, and the company is once again claiming they are "rebuilding" it. First, they said the relaunch would happen at the start of summer – now it's been postponed to August. Sounds familiar?

This behavior is highly suspicious and eerily similar to what happened with OfferNation. They are stalling, making vague promises, and providing no clear communication or accountability.

If you're considering signing up for any of these sites – don’t.
If you have money or referrals there – proceed with caution and do not expect recovery.

These sites lured users with referral bonuses and paid surveys, then vanished with users’ data and earnings. Whether it’s poor management or outright scam, the result is the same: losses for users.

they are thieves and steal money from users. once you start making money you will wake up to find your account in the negative and will not be able to withdraw until you make the money they say you owe back. the users don't have any right, it's all about how the survey providers feel after you gave them minutes of your time, access to you phone's camera and microphone, and personal information and data. stay away from these guys.

These guys detagged everyones referrals and erased them. And then pretend it was server problems across their whole network as an excuse.

Everyone who worked hard and spent money to earn referrals was scammed and ripped off and stolen from by this company

2 surveys in a row spent my time doing each one answering honestly. They waited on each survey til the end to say you dont qualify. The second one I spent 40 minutes of answering each question to the best of my knowledge and it let me finish all the way to the end where I hit submit and of course right there it says you dont qualify thank you for allowing me to waste 40 minutes and letting me complete the survey before you tell me i dont qualify.

Trash survey site their “instant” payments take hours to get to paypal their customer “support” is always just some snarky reply to make themselves look good always! stick to better options

This company is the worst one by far for surveys. They STOLE my money and DELETED my account. This also happened to my friend a couple days ago. They didn’t even email me to notify they deleted my account. Very unprofessional company and a waste of time.
