I completed an offer 2 months ago and havent got my reward, So i raised multiple tickets about this situation and superpay only told me that if the credit wasnt applied for a long Time, then its unlikely it Will 🤦🤦

I spent a ton of time completing surveys and offers to earn rewards, but when I tried to cash out they disqualified most of my credits or froze the rewards entirely. It felt like a waste of time with no payoff.

This site honestly sounds like a scam. With others, I am disqualified before I even get to completing the survey but in this case, they let you complete the surveys and then tell you ypu're disqualifieed when youve spent considerable time completing it. I would not recommend to anyone to touch with a 10 foot poll as this looks like blatant fraud, I wish there would be a way to report and have this site taken down for blatant scams. Again, my advice to anyone is to stay clear of this app. They will extract your reponses and tell you you're not qualified. Its not worth it

Noticed my account is suspended by these scammers this morning. Will be interesting to see what reason they provide, if any.

Surveys are bleak on their website at the moment, and I wouldn't be surprised if they fold at some point. Support is virtually absent, they have some dubious providers like Cherries and inBrain on their portal; even CPX surveys are few nowadays.

More business for several other survey sites I currently use I guess.

Alejense de este sitio no pagan , es Scam , cuando vas hacer tu primer retiro te suspenden la cuenta por cualquier motivo para no pagar , mi caso no es el unico revisen en Foros , Reddit y Quora para que vean que es una practica de esta empresa , su modus operandi es hacer trabajar a las personas de forma gratutita para ellos ganar

Una estafa hice un retiro de 7 dolares y nunca me llego , abri un ticket con el departamento de soporte y nunca me respondieron , hace unos tres años la pagina servía , pero actualmente es un scam en toda regla

I have been a long time member of superpay. me All of a sudden a few days ago they suspended my account for no reason. They sent me a link to use to supposedly get back in but it won't work for me on 2 different computers!!! They will not help me and I have a good amount of money left in my account that it looks like I am going to lose because that link they sent does not work for me. below is their last reply to me. what a terrible company they have turned out to be!!!!! If your not able to proceed then that is an issue at your end that needs resolved.

E até agora nada. eu aconselho que pessoas não assensem essa site . O problema está no saque. Aí a empresa te bloqueia .fujam dessa empresa.

Today i m reddem my reward 3.57 usd or my account are blocked .

I m reched 3 usd but my account suspendef

I used SuperPay.Me honestly and completed surveys following all the platform rules. However, my account was put on hold for a “verification process” that was supposed to take no more than 60 days. After waiting the full period with no resolution, my account was permanently suspended due to a “security check failure,” even though I have never done anything fraudulent or violated any guidelines.

I contacted support multiple times, but the replies were vague and did not explain what part of the security check I supposedly failed. No clear evidence was provided.

This experience has been very disappointing. I hope the team can improve transparency and provide clearer communication to users who follow the rules but still get flagged.

I spent approximately 8 hours doing various surveys . I had gotten my balance to just over 8$ . When I inquired about withdrawal to Vemno I was told they weren’t doing Vemno anymore. So I opted for visa giftcard . I did the withdrawal and no gift card arrived,so returned to my account to see it was suspended! Avoid this sight folks your wasting your time. The higher paid surveys are most always disqualified totally ridiculous way to do someone spending precious time!

Superpay used to be a reputable survey website, but after 4 months of closing and reopening, almost everyone who requested to withdraw money had their account suspended, without any specific reason or explanation given. I sincerely advise everyone to leave this site and find another place to make money that is more reputable. Superpay is a scammer!

Lamentable lo que hacen en esta App, la mitad de las encuestas las acabas y luego no te las pagan, bitlaps, Prime surveys y luego está cherrys que tienes que entrar 800 veces para hacer una encuesta y te paga menos de lo que te decía que vas a cobrar, encima por quejarme no me dejan loguearme con 13 collares de beneficio y si no entró no los puedo retirar, a mi todo esto me parece una estafa en toda regla, no entréis aquí porque es un timo

i've been with this site for a long while before this so called "improvement" to the site had happened. After finally managing to reach their withdrawal goal of $3 my account suddenly gets suspended. Now i've been given no clear reason as to why i was suspended? Seeing as this is the case I will start to take matters further

I was recommended by a friend to try this sites but I was disappointed when I registered and I reach my withdrawal threshold and I withdraw and they now instantly suspended my account without any good reasons I emailed them and they were saying I should provide some requirements and I which I did till date not respond from them the sites is just a total waste of time

SCAM!!!! I have reached $3 and when I withdrawn they hold in 30 days then ban my account later. Can't believe it!!!!
I have contacted with survey partner such as grabcherries, primesurveys... they said my response to their surveys were qualified and they have paid to superpay.me!!!! So, superpay scam!!!!
