Truly PVC had the correct window locks for my home. I ordered them on a weekend not expecting delivery for a few days but they arrived next day. Fantastic service, branded product at exceptional price. Communication was excellent and delivery cost was great. Highly recommended and will be my go to business whenever I need new handles or locks

I found Truly PVC via Google search recently and have bought from them three times, the first was an order for Soudal Repair Express Cement (Brick Red) for delivery, the second time, whilst I had scaffolding up for a limited time on my property after rendering, I drove down to buy one off SmartVerge Linear Dry Verge Unit to check it fitted my 100 mm deep roof verge and it fitted like a glove, the third time the next day I drove down to buy a complete set of SmartVerge Linear Dry Verge Units, fixing clips, and an end cap (these are all now fitted and look superb).
I would normally order for delivery but had to collect because of the limited time the scaffolding would be left up.
Very nice friendly helpful staff, great price, I will be back again, thank you so much Truly PVC!

Not happy customer
After searching for a long time something to match my floor we found this company which ordering was so easy but CS hard to speak with as they working 2h only per day. £220 order and £25 courier should be better looking after I’d guess!
Sharing email is going in circles and after 3 days emails regarding uncomplicated order I’ve received a replacement but damaged. Am I allowed to add photos ?
3 skirting boards less but replacing was sent with 2 damaged 10cm each !
Not the experience I wanted but I’ve started with them so I have to finish !
