I wanted some replacement weep drain hole covers for my window frames. These were just the job. The Amazon supplied ones wouldn’t stay in the hole . Good price , the shipping was reasonable, although I do live close enough to Manchester that I could have gone over at a push. Now I know they are there I’ll probably use this company again . I ordered Sunday and the covers were delivered via Amazon Monday morning. So overall I am very happy with both the item and the service.

Very impressed by this company ordered parts for my ogee guttering / pvc parts to match up to the same type that was fitted 15 years ago the price on these were great and postage very reasonable. Next day delivery was even better very quick, what a great service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order with Truly PVC, and their contracted courier decided to leave the parcel completely unattended in public without my authorisation. I never received the item, and it was never in my possession.

When I contacted their customer service to explain I hadn't received the item, they refused to issue a refund or replacement unless I reported it to the police and provided them with a crime reference number.

I clearly explained to them that under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods legally remain the retailer's property and responsibility until they are securely in my physical possession. Because I never took possession of the item, I cannot legally report the theft of property I do not own. Essentially, they wanted me to file a police report for the theft of their property just so they could process their own internal courier claim.

Despite providing them with direct links to Citizens Advice and government legislation proving my consumer rights, they stubbornly dug their heels in and withheld my money.

Looking at other reviews on here, it is blatantly clear that I am not the only one who has experienced these exact same issues with their dreadful delivery practices and subsequent evasion of responsibility. It seems to be a running theme with this company to try and bully customers into jumping through hoops to cover for their courier's mistakes.

I have since had to spend more money buying the items locally to finish a job, and I am now being forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank to get my money back from Truly PVC.

Save yourself the stress, the time, and the money. Buy from a reputable company that actually respects its customers and abides by the law.

Second time used this company not had any issues with ordering the window seal I reqd good delivery and cost

Ordered replacement multi lock after reading delivery advice and understood it would be delivered the next day or atleast within 2 days. Tracking number does not work on delivery company website, so had no clue when it was being delivered. Have now received a text from dx express advising it will not be delivered for 5 days. Not really acceptable when my front door is broken and after paying £7.50 for delivery. Received email stating that it has taken them 2 days to even process the order, not same day dispatch as stated on website although I ordered before cut off date.
If had been made aware of this before ordering i would have ordered from somewhere else that has better delivery options.
Will not be ordering from this company again.
