Good coverage....reasonably priced.

Very good coverage....I had dental/eye/hearing. Affordable price, and covered pretty much 80-90% of the costs of what I had done, with checkups and procedures.

Website login problems that never end

We have the Surebridge dental plan. I went through a time consuming effort Jan 27, 2020 to straighten out which website to log on to. My login in info no longer works. I called billing to make a payment and then change credit card for autopay. They did it manually but I was told to go to Mysurebridgeinsurance.com. My Jan 27, 2020 info did not work. I called the 800 helpline. The automated response said to log onto Myportalsurebridgeinsurance. com. Login info did not work here either. Tried to get login ID and password reset online but I was not recognized. Called the 800 helpline number and got sent to a full voicemail box with no additional instructions, just a repeating Cisco message. The Surebridge letter I received says the help desk is open 8 to 5 pm. I called at 9am CDT. Timezone is not even stated on letterhead. They didn't miss a beat contacting me when the credit card company suspended my card due to suspected fraudulent activity. Trying to change my autopay with the replacement card was frustating

WARNING. DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE. GET AFLAC OR SOMETHING ELSE.

I've had this insurance for 7 years. Never filed a claim on it until I needed to but I needed to because of my rotator cuff surgery. I don't know when I damaged it but it got worse and worse overtime so I went into the doctor he said that I need the surgery. I had the surgery I was out of work for several months so I filed a claim they had me get every piece of paper every code from every company that I saw and that helped me.. And then they denied it at the end. They said because I didn't go to urgent care within 3 days after the injury that they're not gonna pay the claim. What a waste of money do not buy this insurance look at the reviews.. What a terrible company.. Basically they're saying every time there's anything wrong with you you'd better go to the urgent care in case it turns into something more serious peryou know how many timesPeople strain their backs or their shoulders and they don't go to the doctor right away.. Stay away from this company I warn you I warn you.

My husband got layed off and I had health insurance from his employer. I applied through my work and that was insane so I started searching and found Michael lutz number and called him , it seemed like god send an angel for me. Michael helped me with everything that I was not aware of. He enrolled not just me,but my daughter too. Thanks again for all the help
