The walk through of the software was made very simple & easy to understand, the demonstration was more entertaining than you normal tv show, watching all the processes come together like magic. Very impressed with the software & the service.

If at this point you are looking for your first CRM system, Commusoft would be the last one I would choose after what we have experienced.

The first thing that drew us to Surefire was the boiler quoting system, after our demo with Billy. This is a much more modern and smoother process than what we had been using through commusoft and to be fair, it must be said, that it has been very well received by our customer and our sales have defiantly gone up since using this quoting system.
I believe this can be bought as a separate module and you don’t have to get the full CRM system too but they work well together and we would highly recommend.

The first thing I would say is the move from commusoft to surefire was a daunting thought after using it for over 10 years, When coming to leave it proved to be difficult, made purely by the arrogance and the obstacles put in our way by commusoft.

When we had seen the quoting module, we looked further into the CRM system, we noticed lots of really good points, it became apparent very quickly that this software had been produced by somebody in the industry, for heating and plumbing companies.

The engineers now love the app, just ask one about populating the paperwork from the gc number (wow) among many other things.

My customers love the communication, I had a recent google review that said we are the uber equilvent of plumbing and heating in terms of our communication, updates and tracking engineers when on route. All which is one of the perks of having the Surefire system.

To sum up

The hard bit : Commusoft made it increasingly difficult to get our customer information to import into surefire, with over 12,000 customers this proved difficult but wasn’t impossible with abit of work.

The good bits: My business is now more profitable than it was before, customer support is much better and included in the package, rather than always trying to charge you more money for data and training like commusoft did.
