Craig was fantastic in helping me decide which wardrobe would suit the space I have. Enormously helpful and took time to explain each stage of the process and the finished product is beautiful, far better than I had hoped. Phil was a diamond in delivering the wardrobe, it's not the easiest of locations, the only saving grace is that it was a ground floor delivery and I could take the part's that needed assembling by myself upstairs, Phil kept in touch so I knew exactly when to expect him and didn't complain at all that he had to cart it to my front door quite some distance! Extremely easy to assemble, easily done by one but better if there are two of you. Faultless service throughout.

We were looking for a new dining table and chairs to replace our existing one, specifically four wheelback chairs and an extending cottage table. We found them at Sussex Pine Online. Extensive photos of both were provided on the website, enabling us to easily examine them and decide before purchase. Excellent correspondence with Craig throughout the process. Delivery was prompt and we’d happily deal with Craig again in the future.

Excellent communication and service

Really beautiful bookcase. Very fast delivery to say how far it was to travel. Bookcase was assembled in my house and looks amazing, general wear and tear on the item however to be expected with a second hand piece but hardly noticeable compared to others I had looked at.

I bought a lovely small pine dresser. Craig was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He delivered the dresser to me and kept me up to date with delivery times. Dresser was lovely and fits into the small space in my kitchen.

I ordered a double wardrobe which came in good time with great service. Craig was really helpful with all elements, even checking in the day before and although challenging, the driver helped me to get it upstairs. Most second hand companies would only deliver to the front door.

Such a reasonable price and good used condition, so excellent value. Craig's communication was prompt and professional. Delivery was fair and Craig arrived at the agreed time. I was concerned it would be left on the doorstep but Craig was happy to manoeuvre the dressing table to the bedroom. Very, very happy with the whole experience and thrilled with the furniture. The dressing table was great, but having paid £75 for delivery, was somewhat surprised that the driver was by himself delivering a heavy piece of furniture, and needed my assistance to unload and put into place, what would the driver have done if there was no help available?

The refurb of my house was right up to the wire and I needed a table and chair that I could have my Christmas dinner on. I placed my order and Craig was very accommodating and was able to deliver just before Christmas. He let me know that the delivery was still on track, texting me when he was 40 minutes away, and arriving right when he said he would. I have asked him to look out for another chair for me. He was great to do business with and I would recommend Sussex Pine to my friends.
