The communication and service provided by Craig was great starting with a query I had before purchase right up to delivery and assembly. I requested a specific delivery date which Craig was very accommodating of and on the day he assembled the wardrobe for me which was incredibly helpful. The wardrobe is amazing quality for a great price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and will be reusing again in the future.

The first choice we made didn’t fit, and he (with good grace and humour), took it away, suggested an alternative then arrived during the precise hour slot we wanted. He was friendly and efficient. Ordered a lovely chest of drawers from Sussex Pine. Delivery was organised so quickly and Craig kept me updated at all stages and he even helped us get it up the stairs which was a massive help! Chest of drawers look amazing and I definitely will be recommending Sussex pine to family and friends!

I was lucky to find a bureau on Sussex Pine Online website. It was just what I was looking for at a good price. It was described and photographed as having a water mark (which was very slight) and a small bit of damage on a corner also photographed so I knew exactly what I was buying. The day after I bought online, I had a call from Craig apologising that I would have to wait 4 weeks for the delivery which wasn’t a problem for me but it was good to know and Craig gave me the date and that Phil (delivery man) would contact me the day before and give me a time slot on the day. This happened and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service from Craig and Phil. My handy husband has repaired the small damaged part and it looks like new. I will definitely buy from Craig again and look every day for a small book case to match my bureau.

We purchased a double wardrobe with top box. Delivery was arranged to Kent with Craig the owner. He explained everything and delivery was made on time. We are so pleased with the wardrobe. It is great condition and looks perfect in our room. So much better quality than equivalent new flat pack furniture. I can’t fault the service from Sussex Pine.

I recently bought a pine sideboard from Sussex Pine. Craig was really helpful and friendly throughout the whole transaction. He delivered the sideboard yesterday and I love it! It is large and roomy and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely buy furniture again from Sussex Pine and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality, reasonably priced pine furniture.

We were interested in buying a pine dresser but had limited space, Craig couldn't have been more helpful
He answered my email very quickly with exact dimensions and called and left a VM as well as email signal was playing up, Unfortunately it wasn't the right dimensions so couldn't purchase but will make a trip to the store asap for a browse as the pine looks lovely & Service great

I bought a Large Old Pine Table with Cutlery Drawer (some water marks). Exactly what I wanted and Craig was brilliant with additional advice on how to clean it up. Kept me updated throughout the delivery and didn't scrape the new paint!! I'll be looking to buy again.

I had been looking for a circular pedestal dining table, with an option to extend, for some time. I had several questions. Craig was really helpful and the table was exactly as described and perfect for what I wanted. Thank you.

I live in mid Wales and I purchased 2 wardrobes from Craig ar Sussex Pine.
They arranged delivery that was convenient to me and kept me informed all the time with the delivery details.
The delivery company they use was very helpful by getting in touch a couple of days before the delivery date for any information regarding were I live and a call 1 hour prior to delivery.
We had a slight problem with one of the wardrobes and after contacting Craig it was all sorted out straight away and completely hassle free.
We most definitely we be purchasing from Sussex Pine again.

Bought a set of 8 dining chairs from Craig, what a great experience. Communication was excellent, he arranged a courier for me who was also excellent with great communication.
The chairs are immaculate and an absolute bargain - I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this company again !

Excellent customer service. Great communication and updates from Craig and very friendly. The courier, Phil, was also friendly. He gave a time slot the day before but also gave an hour warning before he was due to arrive. He also assisted in putting the furniture in place. Phil is on his own so does need someone to help him, which we were warned about and wasn't a problem for us. Would buy from Sussex Pine again if find another piece of furniture we like. Thank you.

We bought a solid pine wardrobe from Craig. The product was delivered fully assembled to our door. Craig was a pleasure to deal with and we would recommend Sussex Pine to anyone. Great!

Craig was fantastic in helping me decide which wardrobe would suit the space I have. Enormously helpful and took time to explain each stage of the process and the finished product is beautiful, far better than I had hoped. Phil was a diamond in delivering the wardrobe, it's not the easiest of locations, the only saving grace is that it was a ground floor delivery and I could take the part's that needed assembling by myself upstairs, Phil kept in touch so I knew exactly when to expect him and didn't complain at all that he had to cart it to my front door quite some distance! Extremely easy to assemble, easily done by one but better if there are two of you. Faultless service throughout.
