When I first contacted the company they responded very quickly. They managed to fit me in at very short notice which was a relief as I was very worried about the pond. Craig and Russell arrived and were very polite friendly and very efficient and professional. They removed the fish which they treated with care and when pond and pump sorted fish were returned to the pond. They also cleared all the overhanging greenery. When they finished they they cleared up everything. Will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them

Craig and Russel did a great job cleaning out my garden pond, putting in a new liner and replacing paving around pond edge. The pond was very overgrown and now loooks twice as big. They arrived on time and worked really hard all day. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company.

This is an exceptional service. Doug and the team are brilliant. We entrusted the capture, safe storing, and then return to the pond of a large number of koi after emptying, cleaning and removing significant debris from the pond bottom (which had not been cleared for 15 years). We needn't have worried. This was all done in a day with great skill and attention. The knowledge of the team was extremely helpful and I wished that I had 'tapped' into this before!

Craig & Russell arrived promptly this morning to remove the fish pond in our garden, they worked quickly & were very helpful in the removal of the pond & surrounding stones, making our lives easier going forward with a new flower bed so thankyou to both of them for their excellent service.

Very overdue pond clean and maintenance carried out by a freinfly team of two. The work was carried out efficiently and everything cleaned up afterward. Very good comunication with Doug who fitted us in quickly.

I've been completely blown away by how amazingly helpful and friendly Doug has been. I've inherited a fish pond, knowing nothing about them, and he's provided me fantastic help and advice.

More excellent & professional work carried out by Doug & his team. Nothing was too much trouble & great attention paid to every detail of the work. I'm so pleased to have found SPD through their Facebook ad. From the initial request for suggestions as to how to revamp my pond, to the completed work, the process has been faultless.
Doug, Russell and Craig worked so hard and so well together. They've done a fantastic job and the new pond layout has enhanced the garden.
They went over and above the remit by digging up and replanting some small bamboos which were hiding the pond and even took away some old fencing. The whole area was cleaned when the work was done, including my neighbour's patio, which was used as access.
SPD made the whole experience a pleasure, in spite of the upheaval. I would certainly recommend them.

I had an ongoing issue with a water feature which was causing me problems. Doug came to assess the situation and explained my options. I decided on a new water feature and was given a quote the same day.
I am so pleased with the job Doug, Craig & Russell did. Whilst working they tidied up as they went along, were polite and friendly and answered any questions I had.
