This clinic operates under other name of Tooting Medical. It may also have other names as well. All they want is your money. I had to cancel my appointment because of an emergency at home with my wife's medical condition. This, so called, business would not reschedule the blood test appointment without a new full payment of £70. These guys, in my opinion, at SW11clinic are cowboys. They claim to be successful clinic providing many medical services but all they want is your money. I wonder if they really provide any worthwhile service. I tried to go through Groupon but they said the business will get in touch with me. They never did. I am still waiting after a month. There are many other reputable clinics out there like Bluecrest Wellness. My friends highly recommend Bluecrest Wellness.

I highly recommend Ms Monika, the dental hygienist. She is knowledgeable, professional and skilled in her work. She explains everything clearly , creates a welcoming environment and makes you feel comfortable during the procedure. She provides crucial advice and preventative measures to improve and maintain oral health.

Mrs Monika is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever visited. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease — clearly explaining every step, answering all my questions, and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The treatment was carried out with incredible care and precision, yet the results were beyond my expectations. The clinic was spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. It’s clear that Monika has exceptional knowledge, skill, and genuine passion for her work. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, empathetic, and friendly hygienist. While the dentist at SW11 Clinic was friendly enough, I was very disappointed with how the clinic handled my deposit. An unfortunate situation came up, and I needed to reschedule my appointment. Despite giving notice, they kept my deposit and required me to pay again to rebook. I found this policy to be quite unfair and lacking in understanding or flexibility. If you're considering this clinic, be aware that changing plans—even for valid reasons—could mean losing your money. I won’t be returning and would advise others to think carefully before booking.

Dr Skorski and Dr Diana are amazing dentist - very kind, careful and professional. They always explain everything clearly and make me feel calm and safe.
Monika, the dental hygienist is fantastic! She is gentle, friendly and always smiling. After seeing her, my teeth feel super clean!
The ladies at reception are always very nice and helpful.
I also had a gastroscopy at this clinic. Dr Stobinski is a grat doctor. Calm, caring and explains everything very well. The nurse was also very kind and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure.

Incredible treatment from Dental Hygienist Monika Swiegocka!! She was attentive and as well as giving me a full refresh of scaling, sandblasting, polishing and fluoridisation she also gave me a full demo on how to brush more effectively and tailored the treatment to my mouth and teeth! You cannot get a more personal service if you tried. Never have I been more excited to go back to the dentist.

Do not be fooled by the glossy literature!. Avoid at all cost. Management is unprofessional and has a ‘laissez faire’ attitude towards patients.

I had been receiving orthodontic treatment at their clinic in Tooting for 3+ years.They decided to move all their operations to Clapham without informing any of their patients. UNPROFESSIONAL! I found out about the relocation of the clinic only when I tried to book an appointment. Only then did the receptionist informed me that the clinic had relocated to a different area entirely.

Inevitably, with the move there have been staffing changes. The orthodontist I’d been seeing moved on, and again, management failed to inform me about the change. THIS IS UNNACEPTABLE! My conclusion is that patients are treated as just a number on their books with no respect. When I asked to speak with someone in management to raise my concerns, they refused to speak to me. Going elsewhere where my custom will be more appreciated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!
