Well the package arrived but only the lid in a plastic bag curtesy of Royal Mail. I promptly sent an email with pictures to the service department and description. Elle sent me an email apologising, thanked me for the email and said she will send a replacement the next day. Sure enough it arrived, well done Elle , thank you.
