Exceptional service from Leah at Sweet Squared. She listened to my exact requests and ensured that we got exactly what we wanted regarding our Paul Mitchell image requests. 10/10

Fantastic customer service from Elle…
Fantastic customer service from Elle Dexter at Sweet Squared!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Elle for all her help today sorting out my glycolic training and order. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, incredibly patient with all my questions and really took the time to make sure everything was sorted properly.
Nothing felt like too much trouble, and by the end we had everything organised and I knew exactly what I needed to do. 😊
Thank you so much, Elle customer service like this makes such a difference. An absolute credit to Sweet Squared! ❤️

Customer service
I have been dealing with Sweetsquared for a very long time but this evening I spoke with Elle regarding a mixup in my order and all I can say she is a gem to the company. She was very calm listened to me and within minutes she understood what was wrong with the order and had amended it immediately, she was very friendly and professional , when I ended the call I had a smile on my face because she was so lovely to talk to. If I have any other concerns, I would feel very confident to be greeted by Elle any day of the week.

Dear Natalie, we responded immediately last week to let you know we would happily refund you for the lead. It does say in the description on our site, that the lead is only suitable for lamps manufactured after 2019 and your lamp is much older than that so it wouldn't have worked. Maybe you missed the print but it's in CAPS. Sean is calling you today to make sure you did get our comms on giving you a refund. I hope this helps? Love & Respect Samantha Sweet
Absolutely wonderful experience from…
Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish!
I recently purchased some nail polishes from Sweet Squared, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From placing my order on the website to receiving my package, everything was handled with such care and professionalism.
I was kept regularly updated throughout the delivery process, which was fantastic, and my order arrived incredibly quickly. The packaging was also superb — everything was securely and carefully packed, so my nail polishes arrived in perfect condition.
It’s clear that Sweet Squared takes real pride in providing an excellent customer experience, and their professionalism was truly outstanding.
I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend Sweet Squared to anyone. I’ll definitely be ordering again! 10 stars indeed!
