STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I had a house viewing with them & went threw references put down over £1.6k got told by them & landlord to sign the contract and that the landlord was waiting on a energy cert so she can sign. They had my money over a week allowed me to book removals even rang my landlord and told him I was leaving and gave notice! They knew I had 4 children and then a week away from me moving in told me they changed their mind and went with another tenant! What!? When did that happen? This house was agreed to me money handed over etc the lies was ridiculous! I have now got police involved there reviews on here are fake! Because iv since found this apparent landlord I now no where she works etc & have been given back my money! However we are still homeless as of next week thanks to this company! Worst part was they knew I had secured a property elsewhere and was 100% and they told me I could definitely have this one (the one I really wanted) and allowed me to give up the other property knowing my situation and they played me held my money knowing I had children. They are shady not 100% legit which iv also now found out! Had me transfer money into a bank account threw transfer not threw a portal hold! The apparent landlord and this buisness are linked and I no they do this on many of properties iv now took this to social media and I’m finding out loads! They will reply denying this which is fine because I have police involved now and I have put this everywhere and will not allow them to do what they done to me to other families!! What they do is illigal and I will be going all the way with this.
