Booked this bus last year for creamfields and but last minute and the team were very helpful to accommodate and get us all booked on with our luggage and made it a smooth journey to get there. Re booking again this year and again a smooth and easy experience.

AVOID AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.... Hired a Mini bus an driver from this Cowboy company.. We got stopped on the M5 for a Routine spot check. the Mini. Bus had a bald tyre and an faulty indicator . When the driver was approached by the police he ran across the fields leaving us stranged .. Driver had noDriving Licence an NO INSURANCE .. Me and 11 others had planned a great day out that Cheltenham races only to be runined by a Cowboy coach Company

Excellent Service, replied to emails and questions so quickly. Everything went to
Plan and they made it so easy for our two families to travel in comfort to and from the airport. We WILL use again for sure. Thank you!

Swift coach hire were good in communication but they were not honest in time needed with me since they robed me payment for 4.5 hours which on the day they told me its a walking distance so you dont need the transport although i paid for it. and 3 hours on my last day when i asked them for refund for the hours i had payed and didnt get the service they told me im sorry but payment is not refundable. Keep an eye open when booking with them cause i paid over £5000 which I was happy to do so for the service I asked for but didnt expect to get robed this way.

Absolutely brilliant service. We needed 4 different trips quoting for (this was done quickly ). Then on the days the coach arrived promptly, it was clean and tidy and the driver was always polite. Well driven and on all occasions we arrived on time. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

Really good company to book with. I booked them for a Festival. Communication was excellent right through my booking them to the driver picking me up on the day and bringing us home. Buses are clean, air conditioning throughout, and the driver we had was polite and friendly.

Very efficient and prompt service throughout - met all our demands. Driver was brilliant - very courteous and a very pleasant and compelent driver. Made our trip very comfortable as nothing was too much trouble for him.

I can’t thank paul enough for making our journey to lost village so smooth. They are both a credit to the company. They kept in contact the whole time and stopped off for us throughout the journey for toilet breaks. Thanks again! We will definitely be using this company again!!

Initially the quoted price was good. So I called this company back after getting other quotes. I chose this company for various reasons and 1 being the promise of a 16 seater minibus that would mean our party travelled together comfortably with enough room for luggage, young children in car seats and nervous passengers including my granddaughter who has some additional needs. That’s what I was quoted for and I paid for. Then each time I checked the quote before payment small details were inaccurate so each time i pointed out an inaccurate detail the quote when up even though i had answered all the questions for the quote accurately over the phone. Still I chose to go ahead and book the 16 seater, but I did not realise that my booking would be subcontracted out to another company. Whilst the other company completed the journeys, I paid for a 16 seater minibus and did not get the 16 seater, and I had to repeatedly give details of the amount and size of suitcases, already having paid for a specific number, car seats for kids, already discussed, and my address etc, which left me with a feeling of stress and lacking confidence in the booking. I felt the other company operator was frustrated at first by my stress but the whole point of booking was to insure we made the journey comfortably and on time and in the vehicle I had chosen and paid for, without being stressed. Luckily the other company did not let us down, but I did not get the experience that I was quoted and paid this company for. I would not use swift again as they did not make me aware they had passed my booking to another company and they clearly did not adequately pass the details of my booking to the other company that they chose on my behalf. My gripe is with swift, not the company we ended up with, next time I will go to a smaller company of my own choice not theirs.

As a band on tour with a newborn, we often need to schedule trips with meticulous attention to detail. We've used this company three times this week, and they've been perfect for both standard airport to central London transfers and more challenging ones like a 10:00 PM transfer from Whitby to Leeds. Would use Swift coaches again in a heart beat. They were reasonably priced and nothing was too much trouble. They communicated well right up to the day of travel, were spot on time to collect us and were quite simply brilliant with collecting us again. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely recommend and use Swift Coach Hire again. Everything went to plan, timing was impeccable. It was a long journey to Peebles Scottish Borders for a family wedding, 11 of us in total. The stress was taken from us and was a good journey.

Liked the personal contact with our assigned Driver Kahlik which is so reassuring when you have a long journey ahead. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Mini bus was spotless he helped load and off load our luggage etc.

Absolutely horrific experience with this company. Avoid at all costs.

Had a return coach journey booked months in advance for a drop off at Stansted and a pick on return. All be it our flights kept getting changed, and people adding on to our booking I kept the company updated at all times with plenty of notice.

The pick up time was 2am to catch a 05:55 flight to Stansted. (It usually takes around 1 hour 20 minutes to get to Stansted from where we live). At ten to 2 the driver calls saying he will be half hour late. Come 2:30 theres a complete no show leaving 13 people stranded to catch a flight for a stag do. I call the driver multiple times, no answer, I call the office and someone picks up and doesn’t know what’s going on but said they will get the driver to call me. The driver calls me 10 minutes later saying he’s been detained by the police! And hangs up. I call the office again to get told “make your own way there”. Absolute disgrace.

13 of us had to scramble into three cars and rush down to the airport, booking car parking, fast track through security etc and We literally made the flight with 3 minutes to spare. Not the start I wanted to my stag do. Unfair treatment. Company not replying to any emails despite giving a full refund, I believe a small compensation is the least they can do for this inconvenience - which they refuse. Small claims court process is the only way for justice.

We booked large mini bus for journey too and from birmingham airport, brilliant service, punctual, excellent mini bus ( even with 10 large suitcases and hand luggage) driver was polite and diligent, we had to alter the booking a couple of times and the response was very accommodating, highly recommend

We were a party of 9 people and transferred to Birmingham Airport. The driver was on time and very helpful. The vehicle was clean and in very good order. We will definitely use swift coach hire again
