Life saver for busy ladies on the go!
I must admit I was a bit dubious when I booked myself in for a consultation with Dr. Samantha, but I was in desperate need for a repeat script for my oral contraceptive and as someone who works full time in a rural area, seeing a GP in person is nearly impossible! I was so incredibly pleased with my consultation - easy, quick, friendly and all of this from my couch & in my jammies! The consultation cost is more than reasonable and this is the perfect service for getting a simple prescription. I will be using this service again in the future!

Fantastic service - great to see a medical service catching up with technology! Appointment was very simple to book, then all I had to do was video call in for my appointment the next day. No waiting 3 weeks for the GP! Dr Sam was very professional and had a lovely manner. My script was faxed to my local pharmacy within 15 minutes and repeats are available via email which is massively convenient.
I’m not sure if I would ever return to my GP to be honest. Not having to sit in a waiting room full of sick people is a huge advantage, and as a busy professional not having to leave work to see a doctor is also so convenient. This service is well worth taking advantage of and a brilliant idea.

I don’t understand why this isn’t a more popular option! Dr Samantha was so lovely and understanding, and I got an appointment for the next morning, with my script sent through within ten minutes. I couldn’t recommend using this service enough.

Couldn’t even get into my local GP for another week and a half as they were booked out so I searched online and found SwiftMed. After my online appointment my script was ready in 20 mins at my local pharmacy. Highly recommend SwiftMed A+++

Very helpful & convenient!

I live outside of New Zealand a lot of the time, so I've been taken off my doctors roll and would need to pay for a double appointment to be re-enrolled. SwiftMed was the perfect solution to quickly get a prescription and some very helpful medical advice. The GP, Sam was friendly and put me at ease straight away. I'd highly recommend.

Convenient and very helpful. The Way of the future.

I came across SwiftMed on Google with my regular GP booked for a few weeks and not wanting to wait for hours on end at the 24/7 docs.
Within 30 minutes I had my online consultation and got my prescription picked up at the nearest pharmacy.

Dr Bailey was very helpful, knowledgeable, reassuring and easy to talk with. Will recommend others and certainly use the services in the future.

What an excellent experience. I got what i needed without leaving my home. I highly recommend this service especially if you have a small child as it saves you a lot of driving and waiting around at the GP. Thank you again for your service.

SwiftMed was easy and quick to use. The doctor was patient and answered all my questions and is available for follow up. I was also seen the same day!

Dr Sam was friendly and professional, in fact I wish she was my GP as I found it easy to speak to her which hasn’t always been the case in previous experiences. This service is excellent I could not get into my GP for a month and had an appointment with Dr Sam within two hours. Thank you so much to Dr Sam for your help and for giving me what I was after. Sam was amazing, got a same day appointment and spoke about a variety of issues that I haven’t had time to see my regular GP about. Good price for the service too!! Will def use again.

If it wasn't for you doctor sam i probably wouldn't have gone to the doctors as it is so expensive if you r not register specially if your out of town for a while and need to see a doctor it is so easy and helpful over video chat and over the phone to talk to u i felt really comfortable this is a great thing you r doing and ill definitely be recommending u.thank u so much

Easy and convenient - really good value for money. Travelling from the UK and none of the local NZ doctors could fit me in/wanted to, was able to get a same day appointment & then picked up the prescription hassle free the next day. :) Thank you so much for your help.

Over in NZ on holiday and so pleased I used Swiftmed whilst feeling under the weather. Great value for money, was nice to speak to Dr Sam over Skype. My prescription was available in the local pharmacy very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again and would advise anyone to use it.

Quick, convenient and half (if not more than half) the price of seeing a GP elsewhere the conventional way.

I found this service through a recommendation on a backpackers facebook page. I am glad I did as it saved me a small fortune from seeing a GP in real life. As a backpacker it gets expensive. Sam was open with the fact that if I didn't have the second year working holiday visa that I would have to spend 'full cost per item' but explained she didn't know how much this would be so she only prescribed me what I needed. The service is excellent. she asks all the right questions and makes the whole experience feel personal despite it being through a screen. All very well done and I hope it gets more popular in the future. Its a great idea. Thank you for your help.
