Very knowledgeable about the product. We had sufficient time to try out different jammers and sizes without feeling rushed despite it being their closing time

Nothing but great things to say about Swimsport. They went above and beyond to help me out after being let down by 2 other swim shops. I love to support smaller family run businesses and the fact that... Toon meer

It would have been 5 stars apart from the product (men’s swim jammers) sizing was far smaller than expected. As a result I had to exchange for the next size up and even they are a bit ‘snug’. I can’t... Toon meer

Great customer service
Great customer service as they suggested a swim suit style for my daughter to try. It fits perfectly and she loves it. Thank you.

A fine example of a company who over delivers on customer service - and I have not even purchased anything from them yet! As a result of their excellent service I will now never go anywhere else. I foolishly returned some trunks to Swimsport that my son had purchased for a different website. Matt contacted me to explain this and then went out of his way to figure how we could get them to the correct retailer, he has done so and I am not out of pocket. As a small business ourselves I understand how clients like me can consume too much time for very little gain. This is an example of how it pays off in the end - I will now be a loyal customer of Swimsport!
