I had a Botox treatment, and I observed significant side effects, specifically severe bruising of the eyelids and blurred vision within one hour of the procedure. The bruising is extensive, affecting approximately two-thirds of my eyelid, which leads me to believe that a blood vessel may have been inadvertently impacted during the injection process.
I have reached out to the clinic manager and provided photographic evidence regarding my concerns. After a duration of 2.5 weeks, I have yet to receive a clear response. Instead, I have been offered a 10% discount on my next treatment, accompanied by no additional explanation or a full refund.
I am contemplating the possibility of pursuing legal action against the clinic, as it appears that the manager lacks the necessary expertise to address customer complaints effectively.
