Reception entrance nice when registering my 2 young girls. After initial testing temp, weight, height, pulse etc saw a doctor. Showed very little interest is saying what was really wrong. Got a prescription which I found out when home was for adults as there was no child friendly flavouring and the child understandably spat out the contents. Customer experience was not great and certainly have no reason to return where so little interest was shown.

Very bad customer service. Absolutely no politeness and any attempt to help the patients. I was 8 minutes late this morning, I gave a call that I will be late and the whole 2 hours exam was cancelled. When I arrived they said  they would not make the examination because I was late and only 5 minutes acceptable. They even did not offer another option when I said I was waiting for 6 month for this examination. 

Swiss Clinic is a scam company, avoid placing an order at their website. I’ve ordered the microneedling device, it’s been more than a week and it hasn’t been even shipped. I’ve received 0 communication. Of course, they are not replying to emails and keep silence!!

I assume that their products can be also dangerous to health considering that what they write on the website doesn’t reflect the reality. Stay away!

Update:
It is a second day I have been trying to contact Swiss Clinic without any luck. I want to cancel my order. On the company’s phone there is a voicemail that they are not able to support via phone, only by email or via live chat but there no such option as live chat on their website. Their email with "co.uk" returned as an email account doesn’t exist although it has advertised in media. The link to the website Swissclinic.co.uk doesn’t work although it has advertised in the media. I sent a number of emails ending with ...com, the only available way to contact the company, but didn’t received any response. What kind of company is it?

I have placed an order on Swiss Clinic website but my delivery address is differ from my billing address. When I received a confirmation of the order my delivery address was wrong as it was the same as the billing address. I tried to call the company but in a voicemail message it said that they don't have support via the phone. I have sent a number of emails to them but did not received any answers. I want to cancel the order but there is no customer service support at all.

This has been one of the best, and only ways I could get my hereditary sunken zombie undereyes to look 'normal'. The simplicity of this is amazing, and so is the ease of use. Nothing had previously worked for me to lighten my undereyes, but these undereye Microneedle patches have become a weekly staple for me. They provide volume to my undereyes! I use 2 packets a week (very pricey- I know). And these are just *chefs kisses*. I cannot say enough good things about these patches! They do hurt a little when they go on and are pressed in, but then you can't feel them. I just wish I could order in bulk with a nice discount because I just order so many of them! Swiss clinic, hook me up if you do 🤍

Bought the micro needling kit which suggests replacing the head every 2 months yet 6 months later I am still unable to buy a replacement head!!! Every time I look they are sold out and never come back into stock they just change the date when the stock is going to come. Seems at this point like a scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I made my first purchase in Nov.2019, and items came in fast shipping, within 5-10 working days i believe.

What i found life changing was the Face Microneedling, the others might need more time. but with microneedling you will see results within a week.

So for me this was a successful experience.

I am so happy that I made a decision to start treatment with Swiss clinic tool. It is feel so luxurious and well made and I love the effect - smooth, plumped and healthy looking skin.

I ordered the derma roller, it comes in a beautiful box with a different barrel in and one for the body too, it looks extremely professional and the Derma Roller itself is so gentle, I’ve used it twice a week and it’s amazing, the best derma roller I’ve ever had by a mile.

Didn't notice much difference at first, but I'm on my second treatment, and I'm delighted. Will be ordering next batch soon. Thank you.

Microneedling is brilliant with this kit, wish I’d done it a few years ago. Skin looks lovely and has greatly improved and looks fabulous.

Purchased the microneedling home treatment set. What a stylish little kit. Couldn't wait to start the treatment. Noticed the difference in my skin straight away. My foundation glided on so smoothly. Bought the microneedling set recommended by Trinny LONDON. It’s a great piece of kit. On day 3 of derma rolling and it seems to be working with no adverse reactions.
