Price was very competitive and the install process went smoothly and the battery works well and is easy to use. Note the install was fairly simple as I already had solar and was adding a battery.

The process of installing the solar
The process of installing the solar panels and the lead up to the installation was very straight forward. I was surprised how quickly Solar Together were able to actually do the installation and the process took less than an afternoon.
The battery and inverter were sited very tidily in the garage.
The follow up paperwork within promised time scale, unfortunately some domestic problems mean I have not, so far, progressed with export of power.

All nice people and a quality product
All nice people and a quality product, but beset with problems, items not delivered on time, no joined up thinking. It took five months for the process to be completed. Very happy with the end result.
Those doing the work were highly professional and considerate with a significant pride in their work.

Some good, some bad.
The people we dealt with sorting out problems at Solar Together were very good. But. The scaffolders turned up late without the kit to finish the job on the day of installation. They broke many foot tiles which took several attempts and delays to repair. Scaffold kit was thrown around our garden and property, breaking a patio tile. These guys don’t tidy up after themselves. The electrician/ battery installer and solar panels were excellent.

Frustrating
Poor customer experience
I asked for 12 panels, 6 front, 6 rear, and was charged extra to put scaffolding at the rear. I got the impression that installation would happen in the new year, but I was notified at short notice it would happen early November.
I got no specifications about the install.
The scaffolders only put in scaffold at the rear. When the installers came next day they only installed at the rear!! So I was charged extra for nothing.
It then took several calls to get the necessary docs to satisfy the electricity supplier - EON. I still have no app installed for monitoring.

Price increase from original quotation - unreliable company Infinity Renewables
Price increase from original quotation even though I had 1 less solar panel -
Infinity Renewables didn't install on the date confirmed - when I chased this no one acknowledge my communication. Then they arrived on a day that I wasn't expecting them and installation wasn't handed over to me on how to use the new tech. 2 months later the part that wasn't originally available was installed. Basically this company are very unprofessional and do not take responsibility of breaching the contract. I have been threatened with additional charges and debt collectors against my home as I'm not prepared to pay the increased charges.

If I was reviewing the company it would get 4 stars
If I was just reviewing the company, they would probably get 4 stars, however as an overall experience, I have given it 3, as there was a number of issues with the installation mostly now corrected. However my PV diverter still doesn't work with the battery, I still don't know if the replaced generation meter when next read will be acceptable (the installer unfortunately broke a terminal), and when charging my EV, the power drawn comes out of the battery if its outside of the octopus intelligent go cheap rate electricity period due to the battery not integrated with the octopus api, although the charger supplied was. Workarounds for most things are available but at significant extra cost.

Solar Together is an interface between electricity consumers who pay Council Tax to King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council and solar panel/solar battery system providers. Solar Together negotiated a good deal with Fresh Electric to install a solar battery system for me. The install went well, completed in one day by Fresh Electric. With an additional battery it works well

Solar together provided pretty good info at the start of the process bug to be honest the survey and install was provided by contractors who so far have provided a good service .
