A big decision made easy
When thinking of solar panels I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive at first.
However, when we had our survey from Tom Carney at Infinity Renewables there was no hard sell, Infact we opted to have more battery capacity and extra solar panels, to what we had been quoted.
The whole process went through without a hitch and they were only too keen to talk us through the operating proceedure. The whole set up looks neat and tidy. Thus we are delighted with the outcome.

Overall a satisfactory and succesful experience
Overall the process was satisfactory, the only minor issues were a longer than expected delay between accepting the quote for the battery and having it installled and a problem in setting the mains recharging schedule with the FoxCloud App, which was quickly resolved by talking to customer support.. However, the installation went well and the system seems to be workng well and Solar Together have been very good in providing all the support documentation.

Great Installers.
The best part of the experience was actually the installers; quick, efficient and shoed initiative.
The installation has only been in place for about 6 weeks but the product does seem to be working very well.
The process before that was tortous with everything on line and very little personal contact.

Adverse conditions overcome in the installation
On the day of the installation the weather was really awful with heavy showers. The electrician and fitter however battled the extreme elements and the installation was completed that day. The work was of a high standard and the time the electrics was switched off was a minimal 20 mins. everything worked first time and i was informed of the documentation and relevant password to the app.
It was a really horrible day and I mutually agreed that the bird prevention could be fitted the next day .
This was completed and to date everything is working. I extend my thanks to the fitter , electrician, surveyor and office staff for doing a fantastic job on time and agreed budget. I was kept informed during all the aspects of the work undertaken both by text and e-mail . Thank you Solar Together

Customer support post installation
I have now had the solar panels for 9 months. Installation was swift, uncomplicated. Not sure if the service since
Grateful to my brother who supports as otherwise you can be waiting weeks for an email response
No support for setting up initially - sent long winded videos to review
Problems with battery not charging and discharging started just before Christmas. All offices closed from Christmas Eve to 5th January 2026.
Called this morning, apparently sorted electronically but will check with manufacturer and let me know Friday as to why this happened!
Seems the cold affects the battery but I have the upgraded one!
If so easy to sort why is there no help over the holiday period?
What about the money lost over the last 10 days from not being to be charge overnight in the holiday period when everyone home!? Same in November. Cost to the customer again.
Problems most months in winter. Not good enough
Maybe go with a bigger supplier? Not enough people in customer support

From beginning to end of process we were constantly updated. The appintments were made in agreement with ourselves and honored. The survey was thorough and the crew who fitted the panels were very pleasant young men and extremely professional. The follow up and response to queries we raised was prompt andvprofessionally dealt with. We felt reassured throughout the process.

Also was not talking to iPhone as the LAN connection was not working.

On fitting the electrical cable was laid on a flat roof causing a obstruction to the flow of water into the guttering.The gutters had been dislodged.Damage to brickwork over garage door.
19.09.25.
Phoned and complained explained the damage a was not happy with workmanship.
21.09.25
Received a invoice explained that no payment would be made until works were made good.
24.09.25.
Phoned the complaints department they will arrange to carry out remedial works.
3.10.25.
Receive follow up invoice explained that that I would either pay the fund to my solicitor or Tunbridge Wells Borough council to hold the funds until remedial works had been carried out this they declined.

Email from company they will attend on the 20.10.25 to carry out remedial works.

Fitter phoned he word attend this afternoon as I was in hospital I would not be there.

Fitter visits site unable to repair brick work on inspecting work damage to guttering and placing concrete coping stone on garage roof causing a further obstruction.
Made a further comp!ain't further fitter appeared replaced the section of gutters copping stone on roof and repaired brick work.
Another invoice appeared asking for payment
I explained that that I was waiting for remedial to be carried out.
By this time I was fed up with the the fitting, and would not have had this work carried out.
