Sxdolled Reviews

My experience with Scdolled was great,

+ very fast response on messages (need only some hours)
+ response on every messages no matter what question

I have a lot of wishes and it was some mistakes.
But Jerry get fixed and my order was perfect at the end.
Shipping to Eu was free/ also tax free !!
Shipping take really long time but no damage on the doll and everything was great!

I can recommend 👍🏻

I received outstanding professional service from SxDolled with my CLM Torso doll purchase, Their customer service was fantastic all the way, answering all my queries promptly and in detail. The whole experience was absolutely great from start to finish. The doll herself was a custom order which took under 4 weeks from my payment to delivery on my doorstep. She is laying beside me looking beautiful as I write this!

I was looking to purchase my "lover" from Australia. Found their website looked pretty nice, had many brands to browse and had much details and custom options, which were important for me to make up my decision. Another important thing I like them is they respond questions very quick. The guys behind the screen are doing a very good customer service job. One final and the most important - the whole purchasing process was very smooth and the shipment was so fast that shocked me.

I can’t praise Jerry enough. Took a fairly bewildering system of choices and steps and made it effortless. Fast and accurate replies. Genuinely great when navigating all the new terms and specifics. Nothing was to hard and never left you feeling like you were just another number. You need a high level of trust in this and that is what I found here. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Firstly I should mention that the sxdolled website is the best I have come across as an interface for searching for dolls. It has highly relevant search filters and a great interface you won't find elsewhere. The website itself is also highly responsive.

Secondly the prices are great, there is something for every price range. Even if you are only after silicone dolls, the prices start reasonably relative to many other vendors.

Thirdly the service. I found Jeff very helpful during every stage of my purchase. From order confirmation, to when I asked for more pictures and videos of the doll after it was built, with a delivery alert when the doll was locally received and underway. He was proactive in providing information at each stage and has great communication for all queries and requests.

My doll was built and delivered to quick order and I am enjoying it a whole lot.

Just awesome, even from europe (france), shipping was good, the team is reactive and very helpfull

Top marks from SxDolled every step of the way. Customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer all questions asap, even outside normal business hours. They got me factory photos, answers direct from the manufacturer, and more, every step of the way! Will definitely be making all future purchases here. I felt like a valued client.

Great communication, fast and prompt. Efficient service. Just an all round great experience. Will 100% use them again

I heard about Sxdolled on TDF. Jerry is very kind, helpful, and quick with the information and support. When i was needed information (or more factory photos). He gladly answered and send everything what i needed as soon as possible. I have no experience with other shops so i can't write compare stuff but i have very good experience with the shop. After i experience that behavior of his. If i want to buy a new doll, i have no questions which store i will choose.

Time to share another excellent review of SxDolled. Their customer support is friendly and quick to respond. They're willing to match prices and accommodate special requests. They stay responsive and happy to help even after I made my purchase and money changed hands. They've been with me every step of the way, and I really appreciate that. And incredibly, they offer fast air shipping for dolls that's much faster than sea freight, with covered customs and import fees!
100% a vendor to consider if you're looking for a love doll.

From start to finish it was 5 star help. Absolute top notch communication and assistance with anything asked.
After spending a good length of time on The Doll Forum I was ready to bring my first doll home and Sxdolled reached out after I'd expressed concerns of Aussie importing hassles.
Great service and reassurance for the said annoyances of importing to Australia and recommend to anyone looking to do so in the future.

Big thanks and shout out to Jerry at Sxdolled

Fantastic customer service & rep was knowledgeable about all the dolls on offer.

I found sxdolled on TDF and after having a few bad experiences with other vendors I found that this one was very dependable and also made everything easy. I will continue to purchase mainly through Jerry's store and I recommend others do the same because there are a lot of scammer type of sellers (mainly bait and switch or send the wrong product) and Jerry is fast and gets things done and he also finds out what you can have installed on the doll like a naval piercing etc and most manufacturers will do that even if they normally don't offer it. Thanks Jerry!

The quality of the doll exceeded my expectations, it’s clear that SxDolled only works with reputable manufacturers. Every detail was crafted with care, and it truly feels like a premium product. I also appreciated the transparency and quality of service throughout the ordering and delivery process.

Prior to making a decision and placing an order I had many questions which needed answering. The team at Sxdolled not only proved themselves to be very knowledgeable and able to answer all my queries, but also did so in a very timely manner. At all times they were polite, courteous, discreet, and extremely patient. Combine this with an easy to use online store, good range of products, and very competitive pricing, and they stood out not only as the premier store of their kind in Australia, but also when placed against the biggest and most trusted vendors globally. Which in what is now a very competitive market, really is quite an achievement in itself.
Once decided, my purchase went very smoothly, with regular updates on production including factory photos, and once ready, tracking information also. I would not hesitate to recommend Sxdolled to anyone who is after professional and discreet advice on all things doll related, and will most definitely be using their services again. Highly recommended.

Great quality product and they shipped very quickly. Customer service is fantastic, even on off hours a representative was able to help me. If customer service is important to you I cant recommend SXDOLLED more 10/10

I found Jerry on TDF where he helps the community, gives feedback and answers people's questions. In and out of his own subforum. Many vendors lack this level of dedication, and generally answer within their respective subforums only. Jerry answered each of my questions promptly, and helped me choose the options I wanted. All at the best price.

Jerry at SxDolled.com has come through in spades in making my desire for my first companion doll a reality!

He did so with patience, responsiveness, and understanding, as well as a plethora of knowledge. No overselling from him. In the space of less than a month from time of order of a custom doll, she arrived directly to my doorstep today here in Northern Canada. I am honestly pinching myself that she is here so soon and has far exceeded my expectations. I had huge concerns that the doll would look nothing like the promo photos....but she looks even more realistic and beautiful in person. I'm connecting with her already!

Jerry really worked with me through the custom details that I wanted, and WM Dolls artisans really came through on my requests. They did a truly beautiful job with bringing my first companion to life for me.

I'm so glad that Jerry reached out to me in answering some of my questions on TDF. This is how I came to first contact him.

I have NO hesitation at all to let Jerry at SxDolled.com my next companion doll.

Thank you Jerry!!!
