Great seller
Really a highly recommended seller.
Questions are answered promptly and in detail, and very friendly. Very pleasant and personal advice from Jerry. Who was always there to answer my questions.
They have a good selection of dolls. Since I couldn't decide on one, I ordered 3 dolls from Dolls Castle, which were made for me according to my configuration. After the purchase and payment, everything went amazingly fast.
I have already been shown high resolution photos of the 3 and the dolls look fabulous. They are now being shipped and will hopefully be with me soon.
And of course also important: they have fair/good prices.
I can't say anything negative about them.

Thank you so much for your amazing review 😊
Great customer service and great quality products
My experience with this company could not have gone any better! I had been in communication with their customer service to try and find my perfect doll and they were more than patient and accommodating to me. I can sum up their service as 'fast replies and very professional communication'. I could also not be anymore happier with the doll I had received. Very fast shipping, very secure packaging and very discrete.
