Ordered Syncify SketchTab Duo Pro. Instead we got a chinese tablet which we could have bought much cheeper, whithout shipping fee.
Wrote to Syncify several times. Was informed that if we wanted to return the tablet we had to send it to China and pay the fee ourselves. Was offered a compensation of 10 %, which was much less than the price difference. Accepted this and wrote again but never got any compensation.

SCAM SCAM SCAM The site tries to upsell you before you get a total. Then they finalize the order before they give you a total. I tried to cancel within a minute and they responded a few days later saying that I owed them 10% of the purchase price (including tax and shipping) if I wanted to cancel. Mind you, they never gave me a full invoice and receipt, their policy states nothing about the 10% cancelation fee, and they don't even cancel the order when you request to do it. I requested to cancel the order 5 times now and they just drag the process along telling you about all of their rules. It's been 10 days and I haven't received a full invoice yet. They haven't canceled my order yet after 10 days. They haven't shipped my order after 10 days, even though they say it's 1-3 days shipping.

I purchased the duo pro package. It was $250! What I received was not branded as Syncify! It was an obvious cheap Chinese knockoff. Do not buy from this site. They will make sure to fill your order with inferior products.

I ordered a digital notebook pad from Syncify back before Christmas. After about a month I started contacting them as to its whereabouts. Had some response from "Christine" in customer service who tracked it and said it was on its way. A couple weeks later still not here (from China) and Syncify is now ignoring my emails. They have a 50 day International Shipping guarantee, this will come into play in another few days. I've asked about a refund for the $160 and as usual, my email was ignored. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Syncify delivers. I have nothing bad to say about these guys. My account grew 10% in less than 30 days. I started with around $10,000, and after 5 months, compounding gains had me above $15,000. Been in this for 5 months now and i am very happy that i am up on my account. I had a bit of trouble setting up my account, but one of the members helped me out immediately and it was a lot easier than I thought. Im not so great at tech stuff. The first 3 months I made over 15% then the last month I was just under 10%. I was a bit nervous when the market dipped, but I stayed patient, and the system still delivered. My account is now up five digits thanks to Syncify. This has been life changing especially because I havent done anything to manage the trading.

As advertised! Zach was great to work with and very helpful along the way. The videos for getting the account set up and funded were easy to understand and follow.
