Rapid delivery, good variable output lever-on spout for hose

I have sent 3 emails relating to issues with my T hose in last 10 days and one Instagram message, and have had no response. When I first got the product and had an issue your service was great. There is a leak from the top of the hose where the brass connector is and the spray gun is also leaking from the top. Please can you resolve this? Ref 17077

Best hose we have ever owned. Love that it feels so strong and durable and should last longer than any of the normal hosepipes.

Good quality. Like the quick attachment and release mechanism, not involving a screw thread.

Delivery was quick enough and the hose pipe amd holder are excellent. The hose gun started leaking after a few days of use, so I emailed them and they sent me another (slightly different) one very quickly, which works well so far. I was very pleased they did this as the gun was essentially a freebie. Thank you Tuff Hose!

Fast and easy experience

The T-Hose arrived promptly and is an excellent product. There was a slight fault with the spray gun but I reported to the company and they replaced it free of charge. I am very pleased with the service given and the T-Hose works perfectly.

This is a quality product - Ive had mine for about 6 months and its easy to use and packs away tidily. In fact i liked it so much I bought my parents one so they no longer have to deal with unwinding and rewinding the hose. The brass connectors are also excellent.

An excellent product- no tangling, and so easy to handle compared to regular hoses. Takes up little space when it’s empty and winds so easily on my hose hook. Would highly recommend!

I have just had the best customer service from these guys. Sadly a hose I bought earlier in the year sprang a leak. I contacted them, all they asked was a picture of the fault and within a week the new one had arrived. I always take with a pinch of salt " the total satisfaction or your money back" brigade but this was customer service as it should be. The product is great and the service is too. You can certainly buy with confidence.
