My husband died n August 2023. He used our combined email for his accontSo I had to usea gmail one which I don't really understand. I have askedon 3 occassins to use the account which is now mine only. They refuse to answer my questions of why can't I have the email which is now mine. I even ave comlined to their complaints department and NO ANSWER. Maybe it's because I am not a big gambler and they don't make a fortune out of me. They even sent him a statement 4/10/24 and I advised them of his death. Just making my life a lot harder than what it is. I don't need this rudeness.

I've been a long time punter of Vic Tab for nearly 40 yrs. For as long as i have played quaddies, I understand if one of your selections is scratched you get the substitute. My horse was scratched after my bet was placed. I had the field going in that leg. I was told I'm not eligible for the substitute horse to replace my scratched horse because I had the field. I've never heard of such nonsense. If I had a 10% return on my bet ticket then I should be getting a return of 20% if the substitute horse wins because I had it already in my field. This has always been the case since I've punted with Vic Tab. I have paid for the horse to be running prior to being scratched. I'm told by your manager team that it doesn't matter, you had the field. I'm not sure if common-sense is common but anyone would agree that you can't charge a person without there being some sort of compensation to the client.

For example if I placed a Quaddie

Fields of 10 horses in each leg

10×10×10×10=$10000 for a 100% return. If 5 horses ain't running in say last leg. It would of cost the punter $5000 instead of $10000. So does the punter lose $5000?

A punter can't be charged for horses not running. That would be fraudulent.
This is the second time this has happened to me over the last couple of years.

Scratching refunds
All multi-leg bets such as Running Double, Daily Double, Quaddie and Big6 will receive the nominated substitute in place of the scratched runner at the jump of the relevant race.

They try to use a clause that on a Feature Double punter forfeits investment. I said it's not a Feature Double it's a Quaddie. They tried to smooth it over with a bonus bets. I said you can stick that where the sun don't shine. Why would I continue to punt with this betting agency if I don't have confidence in it paying out it's customers correctly. Goodbye Vic Tab after 40 years.

TAB has become a terrible betting service, be careful of the prices they just throw up, its 1 they don't care or 2 they are really trying to trick people out of their money. Customer service in Queensland hardly none
Horrible venue in Brisbane city filled with homeless people dirty bins and screens the standards have nose dived in the past few years. They trick you with a simple over/under in a basketball game with this $1.77 v $1.90 shell and pea game. Of course one side tricks you the price paying less. Its a scam and be careful you can tell they need the money with these tricks. Your really wasting your money these days with a overall poor product.

Sadly, my family member passed away and I am the executor of his estate. Trying to close his TAB account and have his funds returned has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
Despite having all the required documents, I have spent over a month emailing only to receive the same automated response. When I reply, I hear nothing back. When I call, I am told the team is understaffed and unable to help.
This has added so much stress during what is already a deeply emotional time. It shouldn’t be this difficult to finalise an account after someone has passed away. I feel sorry for anyone else in my position, grieving a loved one while facing unnecessary obstacles from TAB.
The whole process makes me question how much money TAB holds from deceased customers simply because the system is made so difficult for families to navigate

Tab, you are gonna face the court, and it's coming to face the truth which is how you make the people to fool or trap.

I would like to thank TAB. You're shit markets and odds have made me bet less.

Be careful with these lot.

When going by odds make sure you look at the stats of the players as these guys put the shittest player an the least odds with tennis. Have seen it numerous times.

Tab nz is the worst sports ⚽️ betting site in nz and unfortunately it’s the only sports betting site in nz. I Use to bet with bet365 and sports betting options were far ahead of what is being offered here, but seeing that the tab are a monopoly now they don’t give hoot.. when I asked if they would be offering odds on a sport event which they didn’t have, their answer was they would have to ask a trader but the answer is going to be no., not good enough if you want to stay in business you will have to offer the same as or better options than overseas betting companies. I thought the commerce commission was opposed to monopolies but obviously not, as this is what we have now and that’s a monopoly.

I placed a bet for $20, same game multi:

Real Madrid v man city

Real Madrid win ( they won 3-2 in normal time )

Jude Bellingham 0.5+ shots on target ( he scored )

Phil Foden 0.5+ shots on target ( he had 2 )

All confirmed by the opta stats app, the one in which the bets are settled

But due to Phil Foden not starting the match my bet was void, even though all 3 selections game in. Costing me $160 & over an hour on the phone to the support team
