If they unblock my account, I will file a complaint against TSB and ask for compensation because I have no money to buy food or pay bills, my money is blocked, it is my money for which I work and they blocked my account as if I had done something wrong when I only sold a used item to Facebook and I don't understand why I have to explain where money comes from to my account

you be lucky if you get paid at all these days .
i have no idea how long it should take for withdrawals to appear in your back account .but i think a week to 10 days is stretching the friendship .they quick to take your money .but drag the chain when they have to put your money back .

SCAM ALERT- all TAB punters be aware of a Facebook scam involving TAB. Do not click on it! The TAB are aware of it and have not warned their customers. Atrocious customer service! I lost $$$ - please be careful!!

This company should be steered well clear of they promise decent promotions but deliver nothing.today they advertised phenomenal promotion at 1.35pm I rang prior to 1.35pm 2ask how 2 access promotion did not have a clue!nevertheless attempted to access at exactly 1.35pm…. Nothing!! Tab r money grabbing scammers,who I liken 2 Nigerian scammers!!Ladbrokes from now on,take my advice as tab have taken the piss one 2 many times.

1 is being generous internet service on big race days is atrocious Telstra no better

I wish I could give zero stars! TAB doesn’t care about little punters ! Their app is crashing can’t withdraw at TAB venues when their system goes down 3 times in 3 weeks…deleted my account Ladbrokes all the way

On going outages.App often malfunctions/ freezes, requiring deletion and reinstalling of the App. Glib communication and cliched messaging.
Prefer to use a more dependable and genuinely intentioned App.

I've been a loyal customer for over twenty years, and just like a lot of sites, it has it's ups and downs. I'm just a small gambler on the horses and greyhounds for an interest and something to do on a Saturday afternoon, BUT I'm about to close my account. The Site continuously drops out and freezers - NOT enjoyable anymore. Best advice, try Sports Bet or Ladbrokes, stay away from TAB Queensland.

tab freezed my account because they need me to go to a local branch to verify my ID.
stupid admin check that costs a lot of time.
i would never use tab if i knew they have this requirement.

lost 90$ and moved on and do not use this service ever again.

i hold Tab stocks as well. i will liquidate my position as this company will never prosper with this service. Their customers service people also sound bery rude on the phone as they probably dont enjoy working there.

I placed a "Running Double" on the Healsville Dogs, acheived 200%. Both dogs won- $6 & $7- checking the Div my acct. registered just $2. Correct I got my stake back for getting two winners.
TAB stated that was what the Pool was, cop it sweet.
I feel I roobed, justifyable. FTTAB.
Not me for much longer.

Tried to withdraw funds first time online. Other times have gone in to TAB. TAB account set up over 10 years ago. When withdrawing there is no way of checking your own bank details on the app. Funds sent to closed bank account. Called TAB and they wouldn’t tell us the account they were sent to. Had to play a little guessing game with numerous 10 year old account numbers. Said they could find it for $55! Spoke to bank who said it went straight back to them and costs Zero for them to trace. Almost 12 months later we called about it again, agreed to pay the confirmed $55 and wait the ‘up to 8 weeks’ it could take. Call back and they tell us it’s going to take another $2.40 deposited into our betting account and we will have to wait another 8 weeks! We can’t be the only ones in this predicament it’s sickening that they are not happy just making money from people’s misery of losing! Can’t find time to call us but every time we log into account they are throwing bonus bets at us!

this is going all the way back to 2017 on where that they had suspended/frozen all of my accounts for only putting some incorrect information/details into their internet sign up form ever since then have not been able to get back on there again but the main thing was that i still had some money in all of them accounts one of them still had $136 in it and after seeing so many negative reviews on here as well i see now that i am not the only person who has had these same sort of similar experiences with them before so they frozen the account basically stealing my money with $136 dollars still in there after shutting it down they were supposed to at least refund the money back to me before shutting them down it is not right! i sent them all of the documents and every thing that they had requested through the mail even getting it properly stamped at the chemist and then even after all of that they still say that it is not good enough and that they are not able to accept it because that it was not issued through the government but that is absolute bs though because it was the tab guy had signed all of the paperwork and documents to make sure before sending it out also getting it stamped at the chemist so that is issued through the government they were just wanting to be difficult and give difficult time about it there was no reason for them not accept so anyway the moral of it is that they had stolen and kept my money and am still been considering off and on about still taking legal actions against them about this still because that it really is not on what that they had done!!

ALSO HOW CAN U ADVERTISE OVERSEAS RACING AND THEN DONT SHOW IT.....PLUS DONT EVEN PUT UP THE RESULTS THE NEXT DAY.

3 systems down in one week " working hard to get it back up" from 9pm now it's 2 pm next day still isn't working this company is a JOKE

Terrible service when trying to open an account. Depositing money no problem but getting account unlocked impossible.
Was told to provide ID and fill out form at a venue then the TAB girl completed and emailed. So TAB rang and advised form was incomplete so go to a venue again and repeat the process. All done and still no response or account so unable to access my funds or bet.

If i could give less than 1 star I would.

Worst experience I have ever had opening an account ever.

I went with TAB because I thought they could be trusted. They told me my account had been opened so I transferred them money. Then they made me jump through several more hoops after I contacted them and asked what was going on.

I did what they asked promptly (twice) and then when I rang again to ask why there were no funds in my account, they told me they had already sent the money back.

10 days later, the money is still not in my bank account and they refuse to provide me evidence they sent the funds back.

Disgraceful! Meanwhile I opened an account with Ladbrokes and it was completely smooth.

How TAB is in business is beyond me.

My interaction with “NANETTE” from the customer service team left much to be desired. Regrettably, her demeanor during my request for assistance was characterized by a lack of professionalism, marked by noticeable rudeness and disrespect. This unsatisfactory experience has led me to make the decision to close my account with the company. It is disheartening to part ways due to such an encounter, and I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to ensure that other customers do not face similar situations in the future. Improved training and a commitment to exemplary customer service are crucial to fostering lasting relationships between the company and its patrons.

I tryed making a account but it doest work for me if i fillin my stuff i click next and it loads and does nothing so i cant even go to the next page i tyed reinstalling the app but doesnt work also used other info doesnt work pls help me

I have been betting with tab for many years as well as elsewhere .The Tab is ripping off there clients with fixed odds betting under all the time,they just keep the favorite few under and make there percentages buy putting up the outsiders who cant win .They just watch the corporate's and bring in with out even taking a bet .They need to be accountable to an independent body now.As for there so called multiplier which always starts with .0 percent ,think there wheel may be stuck Har Har .Every fixed odds bet i try to put on get offered under's ,i mean small $20 bets .They are a joke ,and this is why the corporate's have taken over ,the tab have them self to blame ,nobody else .GET REAL.

I got scammed at a PUB by using one of TAB betting machine and got a win and had the ticket and they paid the person who done the scam I reported it to Police and the PUB were it happened tried to get me back my money and the Police are investigating the incident and all TAB had to say on the matter is out of our hands it’s a civil matter know and couldn’t even offer me the money I invested I wasn’t after the winnings just what I invested so if you are using the only service that you can get without an account be prepared to lose even if they can see what has happened and have the details of the person who committed the scam all I can say is I will never bet with them again I will use sports bet or one of the other on line agency NOT GOOD ENOUGH TAB
